Stallance is a stunning house in a fabulous position with wonderful sea views.
The standard of accommodation is very high, it has a contemporary feel but retains the character of a family home. Ground floor accommodation comprises a large kitchen diner with well-equipped kitchen including 7 ring gas burner, double oven, extractor, dishwasher, microwave and food processor, a breakfast bar and a large extendable dining table. The kitchen diner is a very sociable space with ample room and seating, beautiful views across the gardens to Looe Island, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is a comfortable lounge which also has beautiful views, a lovely downstairs double bedroom, and a fantastic modern wet room also all on the ground floor.
Upstairs are two large double bedrooms, both at the front of the house, they have views over Looe Bay and the island which are truly stunning. One room has a king-size bed and an en suite with bath and shower over and the second room has a super king-size bed (zip and link). The fourth bedroom is an attractive twin room and as with the other bedrooms has a contemporary feel whilst retaining character. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate large walk-in shower.
Stallance has private parking for 2-3 cars, free wifi, accepts two well-behaved pets (there is a fee of £25 per pet per week), has magnificent views, a lovely front garden with furnished patio and is a minutes walk from the beach, the public tennis courts and two lovely cafes. There is also an enclosed lawned area to the rear of the property. There is a private annex between the rear garden and the parking area.     We had such a wonderful stay at Stallance. The house was a lovely big house and very clean and tidy, some furniture a little dated, but nothing to complain about at all. The location was fabulous and only a short walk into the town centre of Looe. Our daughter, fiance and children also came for a few days and they also loved the house, so much room and a fabulous view. Very handy they also allow dogs! We will definitely stay here again and will look forward to returning.

    A very good size property (7 adults staying) in a perfect location, just close enough to the centre of Looe for the music festival but far enough away to escape the crowds. All beds within the property were comfortable and the bathrooms very clean and well equipped. The kitchen was also very nice and a healthy size with a nice dining area attached. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the fact, there was no 'welcome pack' ( tea, coffee, milk a couple of scones and jam that sort of thing).
