Beautiful view, pool, hot tub, fishing pier, clean comfortable accomadations.

Great location, good communication with manager, nice pool and ocean views.

We enjoyed staying in this condo so much! Beautiful area. We have never been to the keys, and totally enjoyed this small community. Close to marathon activities, but off the path. The view from deck was always captivating..: and the lights in the dock at night made it fun to watch the fish.

Elizabeth the property manager made staying here so easy! She answered all my questions! And was on site if there were any issues! Loved unit 10 only thing is I’d upgrade the beds cause they were a lil uncomfortable. Weather was perfect pool was awesome and fishing was excellent

We stayed over Christmas with a family of 6 (grandparents, parents and 2 adult children). The condo was the perfect size for 6 adults. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable! Very modern appliances. The condo patio with the view of the water is spectacular! Very nice pool and hot tub with plenty of beach chairs. The property is gorgeous, very well groomed and maintained. The property manager was very kind and communicated everything we needed very timely. Overall an absolutely fantastic location! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing spot in The Keys!

Had a great family vacation at Key Colony Point. The property is very nice and the condo is large and appointed well. Management was excellent and the process to rent was very easy. My family had a wonderful time and hopefully we will be back soon.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at KCP. The condo is beautiful and just as pictured. The grounds are lovely and so relaxing, whether we were at the pool or one of the beaches. We had a fantastic time! Looking forward to visiting again.

My wife and I took our 2 kids and her parents to the Keys for a week. Outstanding location at KCB. Everything you need is so close. Condo was as advertised, fantastic pool, tennis court, basketball, pier. Only cons were there was not much of a beach to hang with the kids. Other than that, great experience! Thanks KCP @ KCB!

No complaints at all, we had a great week, loved the location and the house!

We enjoyed the location, pool and wonderful dock. We fished off it and enjoyed amazing sunsets, too. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the lower balcony off the living room. The bathroom were luxurious and we had all the linens we needed. We appreciated the washer dryer to dry towels and suits after some fun. The screened in lower level was a surprise and super convenient for storing fishing gear and drying towels, etc. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets in the master were older and pilling. That was our major complaint, if the beds were updated we’d totally stay again!
