FABULOUS chic Indian Beach / Sapphire Shores house!

The house is nicely furnished and very clean.The neighborhood is quiet with close proximity to the main highway and within 10 minutes to the airport. We enjoyed walking the nearby trail and many attractions and restaurants within a short drive.

We drove down from Philadelphia with a stop over in Savannah. We soaked up the sun for 3 full days, visited the newly open American legion post 273 in Madeira went to a couple of baseball games. Karen was amazing. There place is very sheik, clean, great chefs kitchen, outside areas in front and back were perfect for after dinner. Spacious bathrooms with huge walk in showers. Location is very close to downtown Sarasota. Thank you for such a beautiful place and great location. We had a great time!

Great stay

What a gem! This home is so cozy and comfortable. It was just perfect for our multi-generational trip with our two boys (pre-teen and teen) and grandma! It was a great location easily accessible to Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach, St. Armand’s Circle and other local attractions!

This property is extremely well prepared and elegant. Communication with the owners was always easy. We hope to come back!

We stay in the wonderful Indian Beach neighborhood every year. This home was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. We also met some very friendly neighbors — a plus!

Newly renovated, worked well for a small family mini vacation.

Excellent rental on a quiet residential street near everything. Super well stocked with every amenity - comfortable beds with nice linens and towels; well designed layout with remodeled kitchen and baths and all new appliances. We cooked most of our meals in and enjoyed playing board games and watching football on the new smart tv. We definitely recommend this rental and location. There was even space for our trailered sailboat. The free public boat ramp was just a mile away.

First of all, we have never stayed in a VRBO with such personable managers. The check in process was so easy, the house had everything we needed, it was all new and high tech; so cute, and on a quiet street; close to the museums and downtown Sarasota. We would love to stay at this property again, (and I would say that I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay close to everything; except that if I do, it might not be available when we want to book it again!) Honestly, we found everything about it Incredible! A great location, a great house and super nice people to work with!
