Fabulous beach side property with wonderful views.

We had a mixed experience at the property. The location and view were stunning, with the beach literally on our doorstep, which was fantastic when the weather cooperated. The property itself was spacious and the cleaner did a great job, particularly in the kitchen and with the bedding. However, the property's condition seemed to be in need of some TLC - a fresh coat of paint and some modernisation would make a big difference. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a few issues. The dishwasher broke mid-week and wasn't repaired during our stay. More significantly, we encountered a flea infestation, which started with bites when sitting on the sofa and escalated to a flea landing on my husband's leg. Despite purchasing flea treatment, the issue persisted, and we ultimately decided to cut our stay short by a day. Given the 1500 price tag, we expected a higher standard. Upon reflection, it might be worth considering treating the property for insects if pets are allowed. Unfortunately, this experience soured what could have been a wonderful holiday, and we won't be returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, stunning location and the house was really lovely, I would definitely go back and would highly recommend it.

What an absolutely awesome property. Perfect location with a lovely walk into Looe on your doorstep.We couldn’t want anymore then what this property offered, everything you could think you would need it was there. The whole booking process and communication was 2nd to none. Obviously the glorious weather we had added to the whole experience! Will definitely be returning

Beautiful property with direct access to the beach and Fantastic views. Need a car to get around. Space for parking 2 small cars, but quite tight.Some people with mobility issues may find it challenging. We had the best time and would love to return time hereatime he

You can’t fault the location. The beach was beautiful and the walk into Looe was just the right distance.The property could do with a few tweaks.Decor was a bit tired. The mirrored door on the cupboard at the bottom of the stairs should go. It’s old and rusty and is dangerous if someone was to fall down the stairs!The shower head fitting was loose and impossible to fix at the right height.The upstairs bathroom definitely needs a second shower. The bathroom is big enough to split in half and add an en-suite to the main bedroom plus a further shower room. Much better for 8 people.No board games except snakes and ladders and no DVDs for the machine provided.Lastly, unfortunately, noise travels easily from the properties either side. Arguments and dogs on one side and house music from the other were not ideal for us, but we do live in the countryside, so are not used to having neighbours.We were very lucky with the weather and really enjoyed our break.

Beautiful location, the children loved having the beach and sea for there back garden!! Awesome sitting outside eating our breakfast whilst listening to the sea and taking in the beauty of our surroundings. Currently will be returning back to this location.

The house was lovely and as described, we were all very comfortable. The Kitchen in particular had every single item I would ever need for cooking various family meals! Lovely area and excellent for walking and exploring.

Very clean and nice property. Easy access to the beach and the property is more up to spec than shown in the pictures.
