Fabulous 5 bedroom beach house with heatable pool and short walk to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Coligny area! Our house was close to restaurants, shops and bars. The walk to the beach is 5-6 minutes. There were beach toys and a wagon available to use in the garage.

We stayed here with 3 families and had a great experience. Walking distance to everything, even with smaller kids!

Nice place, we enjoyed our stay. Island Time was great to deal with. Backyard furniture cushions should be replaced to properly fit.

This was a nice house in a great location. The house was laid out nice for a large group. The pool and garage were both large. My only issue is the house had a bunch of small maintenance things that weren’t fixed or were fixed but looked like a five year old fixed them. Our biggest complaint was that there were no locks on the bathroom doors. I’m not sure why on a large rental property like this there wouldn’t be locks on the bathroom doors when multiple people would be using them. Overall, we liked the place and would stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: Let me start by complimenting the staff of Island Time (especially Nick) on their quick responses to any and all issues with the house during our stay! Unfortunately, during our stay we had some issues come up. Our first day of arrival we had full garbage cans.The garbage was supposed to be picked up Saturday morning, but was not. The overflow of garbage led to animals rummaging through the cans every night, which led to us taking turns cleaning up mounds of disgusting garbage.We did notify Island Time and much to our dismay no one came to get any of the garbage until the next pickup which was Wednesday. After settling in, we had ordered $700 worth of groceries, loaded the refrigerator and discovered it wasn’t cooling.After discovering this, we walked down to the small garage fridge, which is not connected to the house by the inside, and put the majority of the perishables into that refrigerator. Since, we had only a very small space to work with, we had no where to put any of our drinks. Island Time was very responsive and sent someone over the next day. The fridge was not fixable so we had to put all food into the garage for a day and go back and forth to get any items we needed. Due to the fact we had nowhere to place drinks, we had to go each morning to get 4-5 bags of ice and place all of our beverages outside. We were limited on coolers so we constantly were replacing drinks and spent a lot on ice all week! Nick was nice enough to find us a fridge which was brought over and dropped into the garage. My husband and son had to help get the fridge into the house. Nick did bring us two ice machines, however one did not work. The ice machine was small and really wasn’t able to produce any substantial amounts of ice. Please note that there are no locks on the bathroom doors upstairs that multiple people have to share. The jack and Jill bathroom is ONLY a Bath and you cannot shower in there, 8/10 shared a shower, sink also doesn’t shut off prop

The master bedroom window glass was broken which the realty company knew about but did not share with us. No one ever came to clean the pool the entire week. The outdoor furniture was a mismatch of cushions in bad condition and did not match or fit. I had to clean the outdoor table that was filthy. Random old things shoved in closets throughout the house. Ironing board was there but no iron. Windows and blinds were dirty and broken. Renovations had been done but all a DIY gone bad. 3 men showed up to fix a pool light in the middle of the day which we were given no warning. We had to get out of the pool so they could get in the pool. Lamp shades broken. Very disappointed for the amount of money we paid for the week.

They all had their own beds and a shower upstairs to share. Kitchen was well stocked with good knives,pancake griddle, Keurig with single and pot coffee option and all the utensils you need to cook.Could usea large sheet pan though. Great outdoor spaces and easy walk to the beach, egret street dead ends into beach access. Pool perfect for volleyball with both ends the same depth. Biggest issue is two of the downstairs rooms share a bathroom with only a bathtub, no shower. Perfect for bath lovers! So the couples in those rooms had to come to the master bathroom to shower. So there are 4 toilets,2 showers and 1 bathtub. If I could recommend anything to the owners would be to add locks to bathrooms. Only bathroom with a lock was the downstairs half bath. Great customer service; One small issue in the house and customer service had a tech out the next morning.

Excellent property. Well appointed. Would stay again.
