Stayed Sep 1, 2025This place was amazing! I already miss it! I stayed here for 2 months while on contract with the hospital and it was perfect the entire time. Location is outstanding! I loved everything about this townhome. Bed was comfortable, appliances are great, furniture was perfect, neighborhood is very quiet and host is super responsive. I can’t wait to get back here next year. Highly recommend. The host went out of their way to make sure everything you would need for a stay is available in the townhome.

Stayed Apr 26, 2024We were looking for a nice property as a home-base for the summer near downtown Asheville. The Fab NY Style Townhome checked all the boxes for us. Nice property, clean, well appointed, great kitchen, close to downtown, quiet neighborhood, very attentive property owner. We will stay here again.
