Stayed Apr 3, 2024One of our very favorite places to stay in Fredericksburg! It was super clean, comfortable, cozy and perfect for our stay. You can tell every detail was thought out and the furniture, appliances, everything was super nice. Close enough to walk to Main Street, but far enough from there to enjoy a peaceful evening sitting on the front porch or hanging out in the sunroom. We will be back!

Stayed Sep 14, 2023Gorgeous home! Beautifully updated and decorated, as well as spotless! Seriously looks like something out of a magazine. My friend and I had a great stay. The separate king suites we're so nice and we enjoyed the screened in porch. It's a few blocks off of Main St. Quiet neighborhood. There are lots of separate seating areas and TV's everywhere as well as phone chargers and a wine fridge. Such a nice touch! Highly recommend this property!

Stayed Jan 24, 2023House is wonderful. Two friends stayed. Two bedrooms--one upstairs; one downstairs. Everything new in house. Very quiet neighborhood. Well located to town. Would rent the house again. For owners: We were unable to access channels on TV. Downstairs ensuite bathroom window had no privacy shade just a film on which did not cover the entire window. Rock steps off the kitchen leading to parking were quite difficult. Definitely need improvement or rail for safety of guests.
