This villa is a newly built villa with pool on the outskirts of Porec, about three kilometres from the sea and a five-minute drive from the town centre. The house is situated on a fully fenced garden plot of 700 m² on the edge of the village of Vranici and offers its guests a 36 m² pool, a covered terrace with barbecue, seating set, sun loungers and a lounge set. There is also a car park for three vehicles in the courtyard. The modern villa for eight people extends over three fullyair-conditioned floors and has a total area of 290 m². On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are four bedrooms with double beds, each with its own shower/WC and a small balcony overlooking the pool and the green surroundings. A special feature is the entertainment room in the basement with sofa, TV, table football, pool table, exercise bike and sauna as well as another shower. Youth groups are not permitted.
It is 2.5 km from the property to the beach and 3.5 km to the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 800 metres from the holiday property. The nearest restaurant is 800 metres away.
