Extraordinary view, unlike any other on Marco Island! Direct access & unique wildlife

Watching the dolphins everyday was amazing.Pool was awesome!The house was not very clean. There were sunflower seeds everywhere. The bikes were broken and we never got to use them. The back gate was broken.

What a beautiful location. Breath-taking views. Hoping to go back again next year.

The pool was beautiful. The water temperature was perfect in Nov. Fishing on the dock and get hot. Pool was refreshing without freezing.

Overall about what we expected. There were a few problems; roof leaks above kitchen, the refrigerator freezer did not cool very good. It could have been a lot cleaner, the cleaning people did not do a very good job. It is an older home that could use some updates.

Great location, great house and layout and the pool was perfect. The only drawback was the very limited kitchen supplies especially when cooking for 12 (pans, silverware, storage bowls. In the grand scheme, the lack of kitchen ware had little impact on our stay but you might want to bring some larger cookware if you have a large group. Other than that, this home will not disappoint.

We absolutely LOVED this property. The privacy and location are so unique. The house layout was absolutely perfect for our family of adult/teenage kids and grandparents that came with us. This house is fully stocked with everything! We rented a boat for a few days and the boat dock was amazing. Morning coffee watching the water and evening fires on the sand are breathtaking . We would definitely come back.

We come to Marco twice a year. First time we've stayed in this particular house. We bring a boat and spend most of our time fishing and exploring islands. If you don't mind keeping your boat in the water, the floating dock here works great. Also, the access to the primary waterway is excellent. The view here is exceptional. The only drawback: the house is a little dated. We don't spend a lot of time inside, so its not a big deal for us. The pool does not have a Lanai. We've stayed at a few now with no Lanai and it has never been an issue. I think Marco sprays for bugs on the regular. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We were 4 couples. We all loved this place, being on the bay, having the pool, was great!The house needs a little attention…The pillows not so hot.Dishwasher was broke, but they did tell us it was ok to use and it did get the dishes clean.Would be nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms.Also the one bathroom would have been nice to have something in the tub/shower to put our stuff on.All this being said,, we loved our time there and we actually hope to come back next year.Hopefully some of these things will be corrected by then.We saw dolphins and did some fishing, was nice to have fishing rods there.Also, we loved the lanai and ate all our meals there.I would definitely recommend this house!

The kids really enjoyed the pool! It was nice having an outdoor shower and outside access to one of the bathrooms. The kitchen was not stocked well. One of the pull-out couches was broken. Boaters cut pretty close to our dock while our fishing lines were out. The neighbors were rude.

This house has some amazing view. The pool was perfect nice and warm. The weather was perfect. The house had plenty enough space. It is a little bit of an older house but for the price I couldn't have asked for more. We caught about 7 different types of fish. The daily dolphin shows! Beautiful sunrise and most amazing sunsets. We spent 90% of our time right at the house and ate dinner every night on the porch patio. I would highly recommend for a layed back family. If you want a high class rich house this may not be for you. I am not a complainer so it was perfect for my family. Plenty enough towels. We definitely overpacked with having a washer and dryer we could have packed less for sure.

This property and location satisfied all the needs of our group! It is located in a quiet neighborhood for the most part. There was some neighborhood construction at the time. The pool was well maintained and the dock perfect for the rental kayaks. The kitchen is perfectly situated between the two living rooms so no one is ever left out. The property offers an abundance of towels, chairs and accessories for the beach and pool. The only issue we had was that both sleeper sofas could not be used at the same time because they are in the same living room. Overall, everyone agreed it was a wonderful place and we would love to return next year

This property was all we looked for and more! Very clean and comfortable. Saw dolphins daily. Can't wait to return!

We choose this house based on location which was wonderful, beautiful view and great boat dock that we kept our boat at. We saw dolphin and manatee out there everyday which was so nice! We came with another family and there kids so the layout was great for that separation and space. Upon arrival though we could tell this house needed work and the pictures looked alot better than what we showed up to. Definitely needs a deep clean. We found food and wrappers all over, game pieces dumped out behind furniture, dirty base boards and our kids found pills on the floor in there bedroom. The pullout bed is broken as well as outside screen doors and broken patio furniture laying around. Unfortunately our vacation was over a week were it rained and stormed most of the days which made the ceiling in the kitchen start to leak significantly. We contacted property management and was told they would call the following day and send someone out and we never heard anything back. We’ve rented many homes on Marco and even though this location was best we unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again unless it was better taken care of.

Was a great place to stay. Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Saw plenty of wildlife out back and caught plenty of fish from the docks. Will stay here again when we come back to Marco Island.
