The Peach House is a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath home on Bozeman's north side, near a park and 5 blocks from downtown. Close to the Fairgrounds, it offers 400 Meg internet and a 220-volt EV charging port!

Managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, the house spans 1,200 sq ft with a breezeway featuring a 2-person hot tub, bike parking, and a large, private patio with flowers, raised garden beds, a fire pit, and a gas BBQ grill. Off-street parking is available under a covered roof and along the side street, with shade trees in the front yard to keep it cool, aided by a window AC unit and a solar attic fan.

The primary bedroom has a barn wood king bed, and the 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, both with top-of-the-line Simmons mattresses. A utility bathroom in the downstairs laundry room includes a shower.

Remodeled with hardwood floors and a tiled kitchen, the home boasts a stylish kitchen and an extra-large double-head slate shower. High-speed internet from Spectrum (400 Meg) and a smart TV with streaming are included.

Note: The house is on a busier street, which may create traffic noise, but the back bedrooms and patio are insulated for comfort.

The Peach House is fully equipped with a drip coffee maker, grinder, starter coffee pack, linens, cookware, spices, and EO brand non-toxic body products. We provide local info for buying Montana meat, vegetables, hiking trails, and restaurant coupons, supporting local economies.

    House was cozy and clean. Master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Shower and hot tub were heavenly. Paul responded to our questions within minutes. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Bozeman. Highly recommend!!

    This property was an ideal spot to explore and enjoy the city of Bozeman and the surrounding areas. The Peach House was a quick ten-minute walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. We were visiting our oldest son and had a terrific time. We struggled to find a single detrimental thing to say about the house. Perhaps better lighting in the bedrooms and the living area would have helped our aging eyes :-)

    My husband, 12 year old son and I stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. We took 3 day trips to Yellowstone, went fly fishing in Big Sky, and spent some time hiking and exploring Bozeman and Livingston. The location was perfect and the house was well stocked with essentials. Beds were very comfortable. Paul’s recommendations were very helpful and, with the help of door dash, we were able to cook at the house, have meals delivered, and walk to local restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

    Excellent home base for a Bozeman stay! Cute house on a corner lot with plenty of room to spread out. We used the kitchen extensively, and even used the crock pot one night so dinner would be ready after our hike. Enjoyed shopping at the Bozeman coop, too since they have bulk spices you can use and the house, naturally, doesn’t have these. Just fyi-the dining table can easily fit 4-6 people so is a regular size. It looked really small in the pictures. The house has excellent beds and a really nice shower. This house actually faces Peach street which is quite busy but it still wasn’t a problem backing out of the driveway.

    This property is perfect for a Bozeman visit. It is very nice, clean, and centrally located. You can walk to anything very quickly! Adding an EV Charger is a significant bonus. You can save time by charging at the house for the next day's adventure!

    We had a really nice and relaxing stay at Peach House! The house is in a great location. We really enjoyed walking to town for coffee or dinner and to the fairgrounds for the Winter Farmers Market. The hot tub was an especially nice way to wind down at the end of the day! Special thanks to Paul for all of the travel recommendations he made before we even arrived. Super helpful!

    Enjoyed our trip to Bozeman to visit our son who lived nearby. Property is an older home with updates. Extremely well stocked and everything worked as it should. My only complaint is the light. It was a bit dark in there. Lighter paint and different lighting would make a difference
