The Space:

This 2-storey home is large and spacious, maximising the jaw-dropping views of Queenstown Bay and the mountains. The newly furnished lounge provides ambience after a day's skiing. The expansive balcony and floor to ceiling windows truly take in all the views of the Lake Wakatipu and surrounding mountains. The generous kitchen comes packed with everything you could need to cook a feast after a long day hiking or skiing.



Step outside into the large sheltered courtyard, fit with landscaped gardens, a BBQ and brand-new outdoor furniture – ideal for alfresco dining. Thankfully there is also plenty of space to add a portable hot tub – just ask our reservations team. The home also comes with a lock up garage plus further off-street parking.



BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:

Upstairs there is room for all the family or group, with four bedrooms including a shower with its very own skylight. In total, the home has 3 bathrooms. The bedding configuration is as follows:

Master bedroom: 1 Queen

Bedroom 2: 1 King (2 singles on request)

Bedroom 3: 1 King (2 singles on request)

Bedroom 4: 2 Singles (1 King on request)

The Lake’s Edge is situated in The Terrace, which is an exclusive central suburb basking in spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu. The Lakes Edge is just a few minutes’ walk to the Queenstown Botanical Gardens, as well as the Frankton walking and biking track where you can enjoy the lake or walk to the marina for a coffee and a bite to eat.

    A great house, in a fantastic location. Easy walk into town where you have everything you need. Also at the end of a cul-de-sac so it feels very quiet and safe. House itself was spotless and well equipped.

    Beautiful property. Great location. Lots of room for family to have their own space. Everything we needed. Need to remove the fireplace off the listing though as it is not currently useable due to not meeting council requirements. Home was lovely and warm enough without the fire though.

    The property is excellent. Great layout, big windows to expansive views from all areas of the house. Very comfortable. We enjoyed BBq meals with the best views…Only feedback is that a Bluetooth stereo would have made it perfect. This was the only thing missing. The back Laundry door is tricky to lock.

    Family of 6 adults. Ideal accomodation. Did have trouble with central heating first day but all good after that. Only criticism was TV was very small for what one would expect in a property of this standard.

    So close to town. Everything was as advertised. The property worked so well for us that we will book it again next visit. Two problems were the very small TV and no heating in kitchen / dining area. However we had such a relaxing stay, thank you bookabach.
