Exquisite Vacation Home with Hot Tub, EV Charger

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were great to talk to, always prompt to answer the questions we had! We were comfortable and cozy, adequate space, supplies and rooms for 2-3 families to gather n enjoy the cabin. Would love to return and book again next year!

Great place for a medium size group.

We had a great stay with our family. The cabin was spacious and fit us all comfortably. The location was great and it was easily accessible. One of our guests left behind their wallet and they confirmed it was at the rental. They were kind enough to agree to ship it to us. The only issue we had slightly was with the hot tub. It worked well the first night but after it did not get past 95 degrees. We followed the written instructions posted, but were still not able to get the tub hot enough. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The host was welcoming and the house included all of the amenities that one could need.

Fully electric, beautiful house in the mountains. The 50 amp generator was too small to provide heat and lights for the entire house. We had to turn off the heat to use the stove top for breakfast on Christmas morning. There was no cut wood or kindling for the wood stove, and everything was closed on Christmas when the power went out. No flashlights, only 4 candles, no emergency lights. Also, the property is advertised with both a pool and ping pong table, when in reality, it is a mini pool table with a mini pingpong topper, in the unheated garage. Also, not toddler friendly. Only one gate provided to keep the baby off the stairs. Because of the power outage, the hot tub didn't come up to temperature until our last day, so we didn't get to use it. A disappointing experience.

Host was very kind and thoughtful. We went the weekend before Christmas and they had a Christmas tree set up in the main floor living room. It caught us by surprise and made our trip that much more special!

Great home

This cabin was amazing. The views on the deck were awesome. We even saw deer and foxes running by. We had a great time with our family here. The owner was a great communicator and quickly addressed an issue we had. I highly recommend booking your stay here. We hopefully will be staying here next summer.

We had a great time at this cabin with our extended family. It suited our needs well for the amount of people. To get to one of the bedrooms, you have to walk through one of the master bedrooms. It worked out alright, but did come as a surprise.Also, the access to the homeowners association was a bit misleading. You do have access (the ability to pay to go), but it requires quite a 20 fee per person per day.The hottub was very nice and hot. The deck and fireplaces were very nice as well. The host was very communicative.

The house was everything you could want and more! The inside of the house was clean and comfortable with so much to do! Owners have considered everything that you could possibly need to keep you comfortable and entertained. Just as beautiful as the inside was the outside decks. It was truly relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the beauty of the trees and outdoors.

We had a very nice family 40th birthday for my son.

Well situated and equipped property. Was nice that we were able to bring a dog. Our party all enjoyed the hot tub. linens and furnishings were new/modern and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely book here again!

The house worked nicely for two families. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. There were a couple of things that I brought to the owner's attention and they immediately addressed them. The owner was very responsive and communicated clearly with me. Would rent here again!

This was my first time using a VRBO and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. This was a very positive experience. The house was lovely and it is the perfect location for outings from the snow parks to Big Trees Park. The hosts expectations were very clear and I was appriciative of all the notes left by the host and the book with all the information needed for our stay as well as local restaurants. There is a grocery store very close to the property and a wonderful distillery (Snowshoe). We had plenty of room for the 10 of us. I highly recommend this home for your winter or summer getaway.

It was my best snow vocation

We booked Awan Lodge for 2 night stay and had an incredible trip! The views from the balconies were breathtaking in the mornings and evenings. Cabin had fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for large families. Property was very clean, heat throughout house worked well on all floors. Hot water never ran out during showers. Property owner was very reaponsive. Check in was very easy with entry code. We would definitely book again!

Had a great time

We enjoyed our time at this cabin very much! There are many excellent amenities at the property and extras that make it feel special. We enjoyed the hot tub, the balconies, and the comfy linens very much. The layout is also great for when one or 2 members of the house are up earlier and don’t want to wake the others. Check in and check out were simple and smooth.

We stayed at this lovely house in Arnold for a 9-person family get together. The house was in great condition, bedrooms private, and there were all the supplies of towels, washcloths, coffee, and a bottle of wine needed. The hot tub was in top condition.Communication was excellent.The only drawback was we were looking forward to using the pool table and table tennis table as stated in the description but found these to be merely child's toys of poor quality and small size (3' x 5' size for both of them) and pretty beat up with small cue sticks having duct tape for tips.

Family get away , we try to do this every year!!!!

Place was very clean. We had 12 people staying at the property and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked. I can’t think of anything that it needed. Thank you for the great stay.

Clean, good amenities, would stay again

Very clean. Well organized and stocked kitchen. BLS rec pass is a must and owner provides. Close to everything. Great deck for morning coffee and evening dinner. Owner is a great communicator.

Loved our stay, the decks were great and fully shaded for hot afternoon days. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable.

Our stay was really nice. We had our entire family, 6 adults, 4 girls 10-15 and 1 boy 15 in our family. The house was big enough for all of us. We love Arnold and it is centrally located for lots of activities. We had an issue with the zone AC, but the owner was quick to respond with portable AC units for the upstairs and downstairs. I would defiantly rent this cabin again. Thank you Awan family for the opportunity to spend time with our kids and grandkids in your lovely cabin.
