We have a base price for two people (the most reasonable) for any additional guests beyond two people; the booking site automatically adds $15 per person per night. If you fill out for two people, but you are four, the system will not give you the accurate rate.

AC: Summer The NEST does not cool below 75°F during the day when temperatures exceed 100°F due to the risk of the unit freezing. We can adjust to 72F at night. The AC is not designed to cool more than 25 degrees below the outside temperature. The minimum age requirement is 25 years old for the principal booker.
Pool and Spa heating is NOT included in the rental. We require an additional pool fee of $75-150 PER DAY and a $25- 50 per day SPA fee, depending on the season. We DO NOT preheat the pool and spa; we start pool heating once the previous guest has checked out. During the hot months of July, August, and September, we typically do not charge a pool fee. We may request a pool fee during the months of April, May, and June. You are required to sign the agreement sent via DocuSign, as per city noise policies.

    We came to watch tennis and the house was perfect ... location, furnishings, supplies and the view of the mountains is stunning. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Nadine answered any questions we had very fast. We have stayed here before this trip and we'll be back.

    This house is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to muliple trails. We hiked every morning and once in the evening please make sure you do this as it is an awesome experience. The house was very clean and has all the supplies you need as well as a BBQ and outdoor eating, as we cooked each meal at the house with ease. The jacuzzi was great and heats up quickly but be warned the pool is super small, like a spool. It was great for us, as my kids are adults now and just float around, but if I had little ones I'd be disappointed. There are beautiful mountain views in the front and the back and from every window. It is truly a relaxing atmosphere and rejuvenated all of us. It is close to downtown LA Quinta where we had a great time shopping and got a wonderful massage. Here are the cons: The beds could definitely be better. The bed in the masters was on slates that groaned and loudly squeaked and the mattress was terrible. My husband and I woke up multiple times a night, whenever he moved I would be jostled awake. One of the guest rooms has a super dupper soft mattress that you just sink into. Some people like that some people would hate it so be warned. One of television's in the guest bedroom was unplugged because there is no remote and it's stuck on the golf channel...so that may be your paradise, but we were disappointed. The pool was pretty dirty due to winds and even though we cleaned it ourselves with the net several times it needs a vacuum. If we would have contacted the owner about the small issues I am sure she would have fixed it, as we had an issue with the spa and she sent someone within the hour to fix it. I definitely recommend this home.

    Very nice home in a very quiet area of La Quinta. Spacious, with lovely new and efficient BBQ. Property owner was always quick to respond and help with questions. Pool and hot tub were a little confusing to use and we recommended an instruction manual for future guests. Would definitely consider staying here again.

    The property lives up to the favorable reviews. Spacious, very clean & well maintained. Nadia was easy to communicate with, and the instructions/directions were all very clear. In a nice location in La Quinta near the top of the cove - quiet & peaceful with easy hiking access nearby.
