Exquisite dog-friendly home with pool, spa, dock, fast WiFi, central AC, & W/D

This property is top notch!!!! We will definitely be back!!!! From the well stocked kitchen to the beautiful views. Every bed is so comfortable. We brought our boat and loved every minute of our stay!!! There’s an ice maker to keep your boat iced down!!! Big shout out to Berns for taking such good care of anything we needed!!!!

This place is top notch!!!! This was our annual trip we take every year. We have stayed at a few places but this one was by far the best place we have ever stayed. So much room inside and outside. We brought our boat and had a great week making lots of memories!!! The kitchen is well stock with everything you could ever need from utensils to a pizza oven. All the beds were so comfortable. An ice maker came in so handy for filling out ice chests on and off the boat. This location is so beautiful we never wanted to leave. Big thank you to Berns!!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Once again, this place proves to be an incredible option to rest and enjoy the beauty of nature and the company of good friends.Very clean, spacious, well equipped, so comfortable. The outside area is amazing, right by the main canal.Thanks very much to Berns and Fred for being so attentive, taking care of details at all times.Cant wait to be back, highly recommended!!

There are so many great things to say about our stay at this house! Communication and check-in with Berns was easy-peasy. He was very responsive the whole time during our stay - very friendly and accommodating! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed - lots of kitchen gadgets, dishes and utensils. The back patio and pool is where we enjoyed most of our time. The outdoor furniture, stools, table and chairs and pool loungers provide plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view of the boats going by. It was PERFECT!We had an excellent time - very much enjoyed the house and all of the amenities. Thank-you Berns!

We had a great time at this house. We picked up our boat for the first time. Everything you could want or need right down the street. House is great felt like home very comfy. Would have loved to stay longer.

This is a very special place, beautiful property, you want to have friends over all the time. The house is everything you see on line. Very comfortable beds, pillows, wonderful TV sets. Very spacious kitchen, well equipped.The view is just perfect, the pool was always at the right temperature. It was the ideal location for New Year's Eve. Berns was a very nice host! Will definitely come back!!

Stunning home on the water. Fully equipped with lovely furnishings and incredible views. Perfect stay couldn’t be better. Great place and wonderful owners.

Main reason for renting this house was location and pool/hottub overlooking water. Management company claimed pool tech was there the day prior to our arrival to diagnose remote control for pool and spa heat issues. Pool nor hot tub never worked our entire stay. Interior bedroom door(s) were unable to move open and closed. Had frosted glass to the interior of the home lighting up the bedrooms like it was daylight. Bedding was so old there was no elastic on sheets. Property manager upon arrival told us the master bed and one other had “decorative pillows and sober only so showed us where we could find pillow cases and other quilts for making our own beds. Took down both extra blankets from there and one was dirty and full of stains. My husband and daughter also had weird little bites they think may have been bed bugs. No windows had blinds or coverings so light from channel shined in the house which shined into bedrooms with frosted glass. Too bad because we loved the outdoor areas but pool and hottub not working with no urgency to repair was unacceptable. We did have someone try to adjust the bedroom door but it pretty much had to remain 1/2 open the entire stay.

If you're looking to stay anywhere this is the house for you. 100%. Fun for everyone. Great energy Great vibes. The homeowners are incredible and ***** is incredible also. He makes sure everything is perfectly clean and showed us around the house when we arrived. Just the best overall.
