Exquisite 3-story home with private pool - short walk to beach

The home was beautiful and well cared for. There was more than enough room for our group of 4 adults and 6 children. A short walk from the beach and all amenities needed for a perfect family getaway! We couldn't ask for more and would LOVE to stay again!!

The space and layout

Good air conditioning. Short walk to the beach and the community-shared pool and hot tub. Plenty of rooms and beds. Unfortunately the private pool is like a cold plunge. Even in the dead of summer it's probably as cold as one of those above ground pools without a heater. Unusable. Vacasa, the house's management company, was very rude on the phone when I called to say we were at the house 1 hour before check in and would like to get in. We had a large group of children of all ages and he said there was nothing he could do. Couldn't even call someone to the house to let us in slightly early. All Vacasa managed properties we've ever stayed at don't care about the customer, unlike places rented out by the owner, themselves. The Vacasa rep, Indian by the accent, hung up abruptly after 10 minutes of trying to trouble shoot with him. Vacasa must be the cheapest management company because I feel like so many properties are starting to take them on as managers. Rude and impersonal. The house itself is great, though.

Loved staying at this beautiful rental, location was amazing and the house itself was gorgeous.

House was amazing! Inside was very clean, some trash outside around trash cans. Beds were comfortable and pool was so relaxing! Beach chairs were a bit rusty and outdated. Beach was close and perfect! Ample supplies for our weekend stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Palms Away! The location is perfect and the house was plenty spacious. We hope to return again soon!

Palms Away was a perfect place for our friends/family to spend Spring Break and the week leading up to our Wedding on the Beach! Pool isn't heated unless you request it 2 days in advance of check-in and is kinda pricey in my opinion and it doesn't get very much sunlight until late afternoon to want to sit around the pool. Maravilla is a beautiful community and has 2 other pools and hot tubs along with other amenities that are available to use! This property is within a quick 2 minute walk across Scenic Gulf Drive to the private beach access! The listing stated 5 bdrm 4 bath (which this property does have) but 1 bed/bath is located in the pool house(so like a mother in law suite) We made it work with our family and friends that were staying with us, but I was expecting all 5 beds/4 baths to be in the main living quarters. All-in-all Palms Away is the perfect property fpr any family/friends who are wanting to get together to have fun in the sun on Miramar Beach!

This house was cute and quiet when we visited in mid January. We were in town for a tennis tournament with a group of teenagers. The beds were firm. The water was hot. We really loved the ice maker and water in the door or the refrigerator since we had alot of water bottles to fill up every day. The kitchen was fully stocked with the items we needed for meals. The only disappointing part of the listing was that it was listed as a 5 bedroom / 4 bath plus the living room. We booked this location for the tennis courts on property and the space of the house. We did have to shuffle some rooms around since it wasn't as it was listed, but we made it work for the 3 nights that we were there.
