Stayed Dec 7, 2025We were traveling to Jacksonville for an appointment at the Mayo Clinic. One of the main reasons we rented this house was so we could bring our dog with us. Jason & team were very helpful and easy to communicate with. It was my first time using VRBO and Jason was understanding in my lack of knowledge and helped me. If we are ever in Jacksonville I would not stay here again, only because I found out I am too old/out of shape for stairs!! Thank you, Jason and team, for an excellent place to stay!

Stayed Nov 25, 2025Pet Owners BEWARE. Property advertised as accepting pets. Stayed with two small dogs for Tgiving, but only slept there. Spent days with family elsewhere. Didn't use kitchen at all. The property didn't refund my full security deposit claiming excessive pet hair. There wasn't, since we were only there to sleep. This is a money grab. You will pay more than advertised. The property also has ants.
