Experience Village Vibes Cozy 3-Bedroom Casita

beatiful, peaceful place that is away form the Vegas strip

We really enjoyed our time at this Casita. The location was ideal for our trip. The Casita is located in the Village of Lake Las Vegas and just a few steps from the lake, Aqua Park, restaurants, and market. There are two pools and a hot tub right out the back door. It felt very secure and private. My 3 complaints are: 1) The floor was filthy. Our feet and socks were black by the end of the night from walking around inside the unit. 2) We found numerous cockroaches (or some type of beetle) both alive and dead and two bugs made it home in my friend's luggage. 3) The sofa bed was broken and the air mattress leaked leaving our guests sleeping on the tile floor. Overall, I was pleased with the unit and would rent it again. I just hope the owner can address these concerns.

The location of the villa is so convenient - right in the village - great access to restaurants and the grocery store with the lake just across the way. The lobby and public spaces (including the pool and hot tub) were very clean.

This is the 4th time we have stayed in this property. We love it! The location is fantastic. Just steps away from the water, gelato, restaurants, and the market. We love that it has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It is not fancy, but it is well kept, clean, spacious, and homey. We will stay here again next time we go to Lake Las Vegas.

My family and I loved the property. However it was so difficult getting into the property everytime we left. There was an electronic keypad and the code didn't work for at least 5-10 minutes everytime we tried to reenter. It was very frustrating. Especially when your children have to use the restroom really bad and there are mosquitoes flying all around. I would stay here again if that problem got resolved.

The host was great at communicating the check-in procedures. The only problem was the upstairs door was not updated with the new entry code.

How was welcoming and able to get us in a bit early. Definitely an old stay again for a quiet relaxing trip to Vegas.

Property and host were great; however, check-in leaves a little to be desired when you don't get check-in details until just before check-in on the day of. Parking is also not the best. Not a big fan of the city council of Henderson. It's like one big, overly aggressive HOA run amok with all their rules.

A quick weekend for family

Played golf ovef 4 days. Several urses in and around Henderson. The unit itself is weell kept, spacious and directly across from a market.Five or more restaurants are on a pededtrian walk that leads to the Casino. Ocoursethelake is nice too

Lots of space. The village outside is awesome. Walk just steps to grocery store, restaurants, and ice cream shop. Washer not on site, but likely available at adjacent hotel. 30 min drive to strip without traffic. Less than 20 min to Meade national park. Site manager was very responsive via texts.

This was an awesome getaway! The only thing I would change is a shower caddy in each shower. There was no place to put soaps, shampoo, etc. Loved the feel of this village & having restaurants, bars & shopping within walking distance.

Very clean, centrally located quiet neighborhood. Not too far other activities. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you for letting us stay!

We’ll start with a couple of small issues, 1st one set of towels for each bathroom, 2nd scarcely stocked kitchen items. This is not the owners fault however we had two full days of construction (very loud) directly outside the front door as in jackhammers and a vac truck running at full RPM all day. It was so loud we received several auto warnings via text that we as guests were were exceeding the noise level inside the house.
