We offer 2 spacious beach homes perfect for families, friends and more. Whether you're looking for an adventurous week down the shore or a secluded break from reality, the week is yours to make. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on each side- everyone in the family has the room to spread out and be comfortable. Upside down construction makes the top floor living space the centerpiece of the home, and you won't be able to pull yourself away from the views of the 3rd floor deck. Worried about 3 floors of stairs Don't be! We have an elevator on each side to accommodate people of all abilities.

Located in the heart of Sea Isle City, you can park your car for the week and walk to all the town's hot spots. Or, take the jitney for a nice dinner out. Only a block an a half from the beach, you'll be enjoying the sun and sand throughout the week.

Our family has been spending summers in Sea Isle City for 20 years. The Shark House stay was by far the most beautiful property we've ever had the opportunity to stay in. Erik, Alex and their families have put their heart and soul into creating a home that makes other families feel welcomed, cared for and set up for a week of fun in SIC! They were attentive, responsive and all around great people. We are counting down the days until we come back! 363 to go!!

The condo is nicely furnished with very high quality fixtures and appliances. The owners are incredibly accommodating and nice. The condo is perfectly located. Near Yum Yums, all the good restaurants, to include Carmen's, the playground and basketball courts, the arcades, and of course a short walk to the beach. A quiet street (far enough away from Ocean Drive). On the correct side of JFK too, so when it is time to leave, it is easy to get on the road. Thanks Shark House!!!
