We offer 2 spacious beach homes perfect for families, friends and more. Whether you're looking for an adventurous week down the shore or a secluded break from reality, the week is yours to make. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on each side- everyone in the family has the room to spread out and be comfortable. Upside down construction makes the top floor living space the centerpiece of the home, and you won't be able to pull yourself away from the views of the 3rd floor deck. Worried about 3 floors of stairs Don't be! We have an elevator on each side to accommodate people of all abilities.

Located in the heart of Sea Isle City, you can park your car for the week and walk to all the town's hot spots. Or, take the jitney for a nice dinner out. Only a block an a half from the beach, you'll be enjoying the sun and sand throughout the week.

I cannot say enough nice things about the shark house! My friends and I stayed on the Mako side and it was absolutely beautiful! Everything down to the shark decor throughout the house made our stay so welcoming and enjoyable. The owners are also some of the nicest people we have ever met. I highly recommend staying at the Sharkhouse, I would do it 100 times if I could!

The Shark House easily accommodated our family trip with young kids and grandparents. The location offers quick access to the beach and playground (little over a block!), so easy to navigate with guests of all ages. The daytime sunshine you feel from the deck made it feel warm even in early April. My young kids were charmed by the shark themed bunk beds. The house is spacious for a large family (we could have fit many more!) but still easy to keep an eye on little ones with the open concept floor plan.

It was a pleasure staying here. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. This place was utterly gorgeous. Erik was extremely helpful and supportive and communicative with all my questions and answered in a timely fashion. Highly recommended. The decor of this place is probably a designer stream. Every corner had aesthetic appeal. It was truly breathtaking. The only thing that was a bit unclear was how to turn on the TV.
