Stayed Jun 5, 2025The house was the perfect size and location for our stay in Half Moon Bay for our daughter's wedding. The house is very spacious and super-clean. There was plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out. The beds are very comfortable, which is always a plus at a vacation rental. We especially appreciated the open family room with a large sectional where we could gather and watch TV. We would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed May 28, 2025Beautiful home, easy to get to and check in process was smooth. We used it as a base for exploring San Francisco to the north and San Jose to the south. Enjoyed our 3 night there.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025We stayed in the house for over three weeks and found the location absolutely ideal—within walking distance to a grocery store, The Press coffee shop, Surfer's Beach, and nice restaurants like Sam's Chowder House and Indian Beach Curry. It’s also very close to Princeton Harbor, which we enjoyed exploring.The owner was consistently responsive and quick to reply to our messages, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed upon arrival to find the house much darker than expected and with a noticeable musty smell. The owner later mentioned that renovations are planned, which should help address these issues.The kitchen was functional, though it lacked matching dishware, which made it less ideal for hosting friends and family. This is something that could easily be improved. Also, while the listing features a large terrace in the photos, access to it is currently restricted, which was unexpected.Despite these shortcomings, we truly enjoyed our stay because of the unbeatable location and the owner's responsiveness.
