Stayed Jul 12, 2025This home has potential, but is not loved by its owner. This home is in a great location. It's on a quiet end of the beach so there is plenty of elbow room. The view of the ocean is beautiful, the covered decks and pool are wonderful. This home is not maintained. Top problems- no dial tone in phone in elevator, roach issue (we get an occasional palmetto bug, but 10 is not occasional), there was a mold issue in one of the bathrooms, tiles cracked. It's also in need of a good scrubbing. This could be a great house, but it is clear that it is there to generate rental income with minimal investment. A disappointment.
