    Lovely townhome. Downstairs has a well-equipped kitchen. Ski boot drier is a nice plus. Master bedroom is luxurious. A bit of a walk to the base of cabriolet so we ended up loading up equipment in the SUV. Hot tub out the back and a heated pool 100 ft away. All in all, a very good property. Would stay again!

    We really enjoyed our stay in this townhouse. It was one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. The kitchen has super nice appliances & is equipped pretty well in case you need to do some cooking during your stay. We loved the decor and the beds were so comfortable. We were able to use the grill and it was nice to have a small patio for hanging out. Would love to stay again the next time we are in Park City.

    Gear location however the unit was lacking a few essentials. I had to reach out to property management on multiple occasions asking for access to the pool, there should be something very streamlined with a unit like this in the summer time. I also asked how I can gain access to the locked up patio chairs that was on the deck area, nobody ever got back to me, we had no outdoor seating on the patio near the hot tub including the two other balconies with gorgeous views, however had no seating or patio sets on them. Definitely a missed opportunity up in the mountains with spectacular views on Labor Day weekend. The unit was also missing potholders and dish towels in the kitchen, but was otherwise well stocked. Great location, beautiful unit, just wish that access to the management and some of these essentials were provided initially.

    This last trip makes me a full Vacasa fan. This house was stocked with everything we need and not a detail was missed. From the appliances to furniture to beds- everything felt high end and super comfortable. We had a wonderful time with our 2 daughters!

    Great spot if you’re looking to ski at the Canyons side of Park City. We walked to the cabriolet from the condo. They even have a boot drying machine and ski rack in the garage. Hot tub was great. Well appointed. Highly recommend.

    This property was perfect in so many ways! My husband I stayed with our two sons (high school and college age) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The home was perfectly clean (which is always my number one priority) and everything was in excellent condition. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. The bathrooms were high-end, clean, had lots of towels, and included hairdryers and shampoo/conditioner. The TVs were equipped with Xfinity cable, which allowed us to sign into our accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc. and watch whatever we desired. My husband loved the extra wide and extra deep garage for parking our SUV. We didn't use the pool or other amenities, but they looked amazing! The location is great by being situated between the Utah Olympic Park and Park City; we felt we were close to everything we intended to do. The broader area was so nice and we enjoyed riding the lift up to the Canyons Village one evening. Overall, this was one of the very best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in and will definitely return!

    Can’t beat the location of this townhome. Although there is construction across the street at the moment, the unit was quiet. Kitchen is well appointed Ted and beds very comfortable. The only negative was the family room furniture was super u comfortable and the coffee table on wheels was impractical e for relaxing.

    Great property, but as other have reviewed, it could use a little attention to be a great VRBO property. First, the unit itself is great. 5 minute walk to town lift, well appointed, very nice in all respects. Great rooms, great furnishings. There was no welcome binder as I've come to expect with all VRBO properties. We received an email with some codes and that was about it. This property is also managed by Vacasa. So, after booking on VRBO, we had to download another app for them. This was a bit of a hassle. It also meant that messages sent through VRBO were (seemingly) not received and certainly were not responded to. The kitchen could use some help. Knives were painfully dull. The oven door was broken and would not close properly. As a result, most functions didn't work (traditional bake did). Having a garage was great. We did not use the front door at all (our email from Vacasa wasn't terribly clear on that and so we just used the garage door). It was great to have a hot tub at our unit rather than a community one. As per a prior review, the temperature was OK when we first got in. The temp controls seemed to be capped and once you got in, it did cool pretty quickly. After 15 minutes, we'd get out because it had cooled off too much. Overall, we loved this property and it deserves 5 stars. Management could do a much better job at preparing the property for renters, so for now, we limited it to 3 stars.
