Stayed Dec 5, 2025I was very happy with my stay at 1761 Jackson. I felt safe, the house was clean, and the location from downtown was perfect. The host was also very flexible with me when I asked for a later check out and when I had to extend my stay another night due to a snow storm in Chicago. She was very attentive when I messaged her to answer any questions I had. Thank you for making my stay in Memphis memorable.

Stayed Sep 4, 2023If you are a light sleeper this is not for you, the road is incredibly close and at least 3 emergency vehicles went by every night. The house is remodeled and cute however attention needs to be given to the front and back doors, they both appear to have damage from someone trying to pry the doors open (which added to the insecure feeling about the property) and have left gaps in the door, totally not secure and I'm sure the air conditioner wouldn't have to work as hard and the electric bill would be lower with replacement doors. We were only left 1 wash cloth for 2 people/ 2 nights... On the plus side there is a washer and dryer, Keurig coffee maker.
