    Beautifully decorated and furnished home nestled in a nice neighborhood just outside downtown Breck. House configuration was perfect for our needs. Additional cottage off deck with hot tub an added bonus. Hope to rent it again.

It is absolutely stunning -- the photos don't do it justice. It is unique, comfortable, and has everything that you could possibly need or want to make your stay everything you want it to be. There was plenty of space for everyone in our party to spend time together, and there was plenty of space to have privacy if anyone wanted/needed it. The house was thoughtfully laid out -- there were plenty of places to hang coats and jackets, the garage had loads of storage for ski equipment, and we especially loved the game table in the living room. The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking and sitting to eat at the bar. Anytime we had questions the owner and management company were incredibly responsive. The property was clean and impeccably maintained and we are already talking about reserving it again in the future! We would totally recommend it to our friends and family for their own trips to the area. The shuttle was easy to use and convenient -- everyone could come and go as they pleased without needing to drive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home for the week! We will be back for sure!

The location was very close to the downtown area, there was good parking for our vehicles, the kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances and plenty of dishes, the bed linens were top notch and the house design was just gorgeous! We hiked most days and then enjoyed coming back to cook dinner and enjoy the hot tub. A great vacation!

    We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a family or two of 6-8 teens and adults. Living space and kitchen are perfect. Kitchen is well stocked. Back deck was perfect even in the winter. Used the hot tub and grill several times. Most if not all the floors are heated and almost all of the lights are dimmable/on timers. Even the fireplace. Only disappointment was size of upper bunk in upstairs bedroom. Not large enough for teenager. Looks larger in online photos.

    Open floor plan got hosting large meals. The free ride shuttle works well in the morning but on a holiday weekend is quite crowded heading home from the slopes. With large groups you are better off sending one person home to get a car to pick others up. The house is about 1 mile away from the village. Without traffic it is a five minute drive. One of the dishwashers would run and would make quiet alarm wound sound off frequently even at night. The garage is heated which is nice when putting on ski boots the next morning. The hot tub was definitely a favorite and a great way to recover from a hard day of skiing. Bungalow outside was very useful which warm and fun place for some of the kids to sleep Consider bringing a few board games or cards with you if you like that sort of thing. We could have used a couple of extra blankets.
