One of the faucets in the master bathroom didn’t work. They called and sent maintenance over, but couldn’t repair at that time. Not a big deal. Still had another sink. The house is in a nice private location.The house is beautiful, clean, and very functional for a family of four. Three bedrooms work great. My only recommendation is to bring shower shoes. The master shower floor is made of round stones. Kind of uncomfortable to stand on if you have sensitive feet.

Wonderful location - just at the edge of the village. Very comfortable home away from home. Excellent communication with the management company. Grateful for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful stay in a wonderful neighborhood and easy access to Oak Creek and near Sedona! They have thought of everything in the house - so comfortable and thoughtful from start to finish. Spacious, plenty of seating indoor and out, and a real feeling of spacious luxury with comfortable details throughout!

The house was perfect. Very quiet and at night we were able to enjoy the coyotes singing in the open space. It was very magical for us. We also were able to see lots of shooting stars while we enjoyed the hot tub. We will be back!

We stayed here for a girls trip in October! This was an EXCELLENT location and highly recommend. Very quiet neighborhood with a view. The outside area was so pretty and the hot tub was fantastic. Everything was super clean.This was also probably the most well stocked VRBO that I have stayed in! They had EVERYTHING (including a lighter for the fire we had). They even supplied shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash which was a nice touch. Oh, and they included a pass for the hiking trails!Things to note- this rental is in Oak Creek Village, which is about a 20 minute drive from Sedona- although it is a very pretty drive! Traffic can be congested at times, so I would plan around this. The home was on a dead end street so it was very quiet.Highly recommend this VRBO!

Doesn’t really have a few of Red Rock mountains like I thought but the house was great, as was backyard. Loved that it was away from the touristy area but still close enough to get to Uptown and Sedona West easily. Also had a lovely stray cat who came to visit daily. He was a treat. Will be staying again in the future.

This was an outstanding home located just outside of Sedona. It was a well appointed and maintained home in a quiet area of town. The description given on VRBO is very accurate. I highly recommend this home if you’re looking to stay in the Sedona area, The home is very close to all the attractions that Sedona offers, including multiple restaurants and shopping. The host was very attentive and check in was a breeze.

We loved staying here. Perfect for a family of 4- each kid was able to get their own room and we enjoyed the hot tub! Very comfortable home to relax in!

We really enjoyed our stay, located on the outskirts of Sedona, where it wasn't too crowded. Golf, food, gas, all located nearby was really convenient. The spa fits two comfortably, you can fit three, and four would be super cramped. The master bedroom has an amazing shower and bathtub. Do plan on sharing hot water if you have multiple people. The kitchen has everything you need except spices, if you like to cook. The master bedroom bed is comfy, but do expect it to be a little bit more on this stiff to medium comfort level. The spa did short out on us after the first night which was a bummer, but their tubs are really really great. Love the vibe of this house, would stay again and recommend.
