My family had a wonderful week at your property! It's our first visit to Arizona, and it exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, spacious, and and just a beautiful, comfortable property. We hiked, rented a Jeep to do our own riding, and visited the Grand Canyon. The weather was warmer by ten to twenty degrees for this time of year, so being from Northern Michigan, we were in our glory that we got to still enjoy the outdoors in shorts so close to Christmas. We will definitely be back to AZ, and will definitely book this property again!

The house was very pretty, nicely appointed. One of the two master bedrooms has a skylight which makes the room very bright and very warm. Keep that in mind if those things bother you while you sleep. Some of the towels had a bad smell- moldy. This is probably a one off.

This home did not disappoint. Well equipped kitchen, plush robes and towels, convenient to restaurants. Comfortable seating and multiple locations for private contemplation. Only request would be 3pm check in...4pm is a bit late. And the fee of 100 per hour for early check-in seems excessive. However, we had a delightful stay and will certainly book again! Dr. Scantling

We enjoyed this wonderful home. It isn’t far to drive to downtown, or nearby trails. The view is amazing, the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen is also well stocked with most all dishes and utensils to prepare a meal.

The house was just as described and pictured. There was plenty of room for everyone. The king size beds were a little soft for my preference but I slept fine. There were plenty of utensils and dishes to chose from. We used the stovetop and the outdoor grill with no issues. The light in the jacuzzi kept going off and on so we just left it off. It was nice to soak after a busy day and enjoy the stars. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

-nasty old dingy towels- Sky light in primary suite getting gets bright sun getting little to no sleep as morning approaches- many odd, tripping hazards throughout the house with small labels on them saying watch your step.- Paper thin walls & windows. You can hear everything including the sounds from outside - we heard three hours of leaf blowing on a cold day when we wanted to watch movies.- Broken hot tub cover.- Many of the sliding glass doors were broken, nearly impossible to open and shut.- the two guests in the twin beds downstairs had to sleep on the couch due to the floorboards creakiness from walking upstairs. - Central heating system is strange. Downstairs heat comes out of the bathroom in the corner and downstairs bedroom was very cold even with heat on.

My husband and I looked at a lot of hotels in the area and then just decided to go with a whole house accommodation so this was more space than we needed but it was definitely worth every penny. We were really pleased with the amenities as well as the availability of linens, kitchen equipment, Extra towels, and the hot tub was definitely a bonus. We actually have the same one at home! Accommodations in the area are pricey in general, so this rental is on the expensive side but for the amount of space you get it to a very comfortable stay for everyone if you have children, or even for two couples. The home was completely clean, and obviously well cared for. My husband and I both enjoyed the charm of the southwest style of the home, and liked that it had some non-cookie cutter features that were clearly either old or original to the home. That being said, everything that needed to be new was definitely new or in great shape. The landscaping around the property was very well-maintained, and it added to the natural Beauty of the surroundings. In terms of location, it could not have been better. Very near all the shops/restaurants, but not so close that you are dealing with the traffic and noise. It was also right next to many of the areas on our list to visit in Sedona to see nature... really couldn't have been more perfectly located for us. If we are ever in town again, this would be a top choice and we'd highly recommended this property.

I was there with my 3 adult sons & their girlfriends to celebrate my 60th. It was EPIC. The house was beautifully laid out and very comfortable. We also got to explore Sedona, Jerome & the Grand Canyon! I highly recommend this rental.
