The view was fabulous. Never thought about the afternoon sun. However, having the shade of the house late in the day made for very relaxing late afternoons and evenings.

The property was great, Mountain View’s were great, laundry on site. It was the right place to stay for the wedding we were in town for.

The location was perfect, 1/2 mile walk to multiple trails and easy access to Hwy 89 without feeling traffic pressure. Beautiful neighborhood and lovely landscaping. Many hours spent on the back deck enjoying the views and conversation. Bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed and the kitchen was equipped to our level of use. Would highly recommend .

Beautiful home in a great location in Sedona. Close to many hiking trails, many restaurants and shopping. The home is beautiful, lovely furnishings, nicely appointed and spectacular views. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, great kitchen and living area. The backyard is beautiful and has a grill and a hot tub to enjoy. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Great communication with the host (sedona.org) before and during our stay. A beautiful home in a great location in West Sedona, near shopping, restaurants and trail heads. Very comfortable beds and the hot tub was a treat! Beautiful outdoor space and a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Beautiful home. The back yard was amazing with gorgeous landscaping and comfortable patio furniture. Just what we needed to relax and enjoy the beautiful view.

This was our second stay, and we can't wait to return. Comfort abounds. Cooking indoors or by grill is a delight with the choice of enjoying food indoors or outdoors.

Arrived after 10 pm and enjoyed the stars on the patio. Woke up to amazing views from the living room and kitchen area. Backyard areas and gardens were amazing. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. Grocery stores, pharmacy, shopping and places to enjoy great food were close by too. Great property. Recommend to some girlfriends traveling to Sedona in a few months.

First visit to Sedona. Wonderful vacation with lots to do in the area. Home is wonderful, just part of a neighborhood. Very private yard. Loved the hot tub. Home was landscaped beautifully. Loved that a pass was left for car parking at the major hikes (Bell rock, etc.). No complaints. Would stay here again.

We were in Sedona for 4 days and it was more beautiful than I ever imagined it could be. Do not miss an opportunity to visit!!. We rented a house and it was clean and spacious and close to what we needed. Do not miss taking a Pink Jeep tour, The Chapel of the Holy Cross, Slide Rock state park and take the drive to visit the town of Jerome. I hope to come visit Sedona again!

The property was awesome! Lots of space, quiet peaceful neighborhood, a large hot tub to relax and watch the stars after a long day of hiking! The contract for this home was extensive and could make no changes after signing it. I’ve never experienced this before when using VRBO. Otherwise very positive experience!

This house was everything I hoped it would be. From the views to the beautiful decor! It was very comfortable and felt like a dream! We highly recommend staying here while you check out the beautiful town of Sedona!

Clean comfortable home with beautiful backyard. Lots of outdoor seating with views of the redrock. Close to trails; we rode our bikes to the nearby trailheads. A few blocks above 89A so we were close to the commercial strip without the traffic.

Great vacation rental! We loved the hot tub, fire pit, and game selection. Well stocked with everything needed and close to many grocery stores. The trails you can walk to were also amazing. Highly recommend :).

Fantastic property, and a wonderful stay, the listing photos do not give the views proper justice! The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood off the main road, close to several local attractions and trailheads. The house was immaculate, fully stocked, and was a nice place to spend a vacation. The hot tub was a nice touch, in particular a nice way to end each evening looking at the stars. Communication from host company was timely and thorough, and the checkin/out processes were super simple.Highly recommend this property for your stay in the area, and we will definitely be back!

It was a fabulous stay for my friends and I in Sedona! We couldn’t have been more pleased. Probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Backyard is so relaxing and gorgeous. Great star viewing. Clean hot tub! The location is perfectly in the middle of town and wineries. Really close to amazing restaurants like Mariposa. Thank you, we will return! You made our first mama friend trip away feel like home.

The description and photos are very accurate. The yard and view are pretty and relaxing. Everything you'll need is in the house, well stocked kitchen where we cooked full meals. Easy walking access to great trails. Grocery store is very close.

Perfect location for us. Beautiful views in a relaxing setting. Overall an excellent stay. Management requires you to do a lot of their work and stayed in literature they will charge you. Can I charge them for taking the garbage can to the street as it was asked in their literature. 😁 It was not clear where a few things kitchen items were, towels for the hottub or the laundry detergent. We ended up finding the detergent in a coffee mug in the kitchen. The Keurig was not working correctly but we were still able to make coffee in the coffee maker using the filters provided that are not the correct type. With a few of those minor hiccups this place was an excellent stay and met most of our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything about the property was perfect. We enjoyed the location as the views were great, day with the red rocks and night with all of the stars. I used the hot tub every night after a long day of hiking and it was exactly what I needed to recover for the next days adventures.

Property was exactly as advertised. Good central location and clean throughout. Check in and out were smooth and concierge was helpful.

Awesome experience all around. Will try to get back in the future.

This place was awesome!!! It is only 3BR/2BA but the house is very spacious! And the views are incredible. My wife and I slept in the middle King bedroom first since the bed was low, unlike the high bed in the primary bedroom. We tried the primary bed on the second night and it was comfortable, but high, which can be surprising in the middle of the night when making a bathroom run... :-) The kitchen is HUGE, but the layout is a bit odd. There is a huge island in the middle of the work triangle, causing the sink to be quite a distance from the gas range. And the silverware is by the sink. Likewise, the placement of appliances and related supplies was a bit odd. For example, you'd expect the coffee cups to be near the coffee maker... But these are just nits in a really nice kitchen. The best part of the house was the backyard. First is the view of the mountains/mesas. Gorgeous! Next is the landscaping! Tons of flowering grasses (White Gaura) to Salvia to succulents and cacti. The water feature (waterfall and small pond) was nice. There were tons of birds from hummingbirds to cardinals to jays. Watch the mosquitos in the shade and at night, but while they were plentiful and biting, we didn't seem to react to them like the ones back home. Overall, fantastic place to stay. We want to come back to Sedona and stay longer and will definitely try to rebook this place first!

The house was perfect, every room was modern and well furnished and spacious. Professionally managed for stays so they thought of everything including welcome kit. Plenty of games in house to use. Outdoor spa was great. Great location, views, and neighborhood. The family didn’t want to leave.
