This bluff property is home to a 2400 sq. ft. custom 3-bed/3½ bath house that can accommodate up to 8 people and is close to Homer. Each bedroom has an incredible view, its own bathroom, and has either 2 single or 1 king-sized bed so it can accommodate couples or singles. It has a 180-degree view of Kachemak Bay and the AlaskanMountain range. Its large yard has a fire pit and picnic table as well as a big deck with a Weber Grill. Inside its open floor plan is a comfortable place to enjoy each other’s company.

Because I've rented many houses that include very little, this house is super stocked. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including coffee, flour, sugar, spices, and detergent. Linens, towels, laundry soap, and shampoo are also provided.

This is an amazing spot; quiet, private yet close to town with an awesome view!
