Sleeping up to 10 guests, The Brown House features two queen bedrooms and a bunkroom with two twin over full bunk beds. All linens are provided, so you can pack light and focus on making memories.

In the fully-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals, from pots and pans to cooking utensils and spices. The living area boasts cozy leather furnishings, a foosball table for entertainment, and satellite TV with movie channels. Stay connected with our internet connection, though we won't blame you if you'd rather disconnect and soak in the tranquility of the Hill Country.

Outside, a private patio awaits with rocking chairs and a large fire pit, perfect for stargazing nights and storytelling. Firewood is plentiful, so feel free to gather 'round and roast marshmallows to your heart's content. A charcoal Weber grill is also available for outdoor cooking adventures.

But the real magic lies beyond the house, where you'll have access to the entire ranch, including over 4,000 feet of crystal-clear creek for swimming and tubing, fishing ponds, and miles of trails for ATV riding, hiking, or horseback riding. Don't miss the unique creekside hot tub and waterfall grotto, available from mid-January to October, and the resort pool and hot tub at the Arc de Texas®.

We're pet-friendly too! Your furry friends are welcome to join you at The Brown House, with a fenced area around the house for their enjoyment. Just remember to bring a crate and keep them off the furniture. Additional fees apply for pets.

You'll discover an array of dining options, boutique shops, tasting rooms, and live music venues on the downtown square. For outdoor enthusiasts, Pedernales State Park is a short drive away, offering hiking, biking, tubing, fishing,and swimming. **If staying between the first weekend in November to mid-January your access to the ranch will be limited due to deer hunting season so some amenities including the creekside hot tub and waterfall grotto will not be available.**
