Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th vacation in Seaside, but our first time to stay in a main house, and Kaya did not disappoint! We were 2 adult couples and 1 family of 4, so the bedroom configuration was perfect. The family had a mini-wing to themselves. With screened porches off of every room, there was plenty of space for us all to spread out and have quiet time, too. The location was great. Just behind the school, it was quiet and a close walk to Town Square. A serene view of the park from the porches with no home on that side was really nice too. The home itself was in really good condition and well-maintained. There were games and puzzles available for the rainy afternoons, which we appreciated. Kaya is definitely on our preferred list! HC is always helpful and communicative, and we enjoyed meeting our rep upon arrival. Another great trip to Seaside is complete!

Reviewer Comments: We have visited Seaside for almost two decades and have stayed in several different Homeowners Collection properties but this is by far our favorite (so far).Great layout, with the kitchen and family room upstairs which gave the place a light and airy feel but the best part of the house are the screened in porches on the first and second floors that face the greenbelt between Seaside and Watercolor. A great place to read, relax, have a meal, or a nap. This home is very close to the city center but just far enough away that you don't hear the noise or deal with the traffic and parking closer to the square (key during spring break weeks).The condition of the home and furnishings was excellent and the kitchen well stocked. This will be a family fav going forward.

We would probably not stay in the house again because the living room and kitchen were on the second floor, so there was a lot of up and down. Just was not a good fit for us.

Reviewer Comments: The house we originally rented was unavailable at the last moment and the staff of Homeowners Collection were able to relocate us to Kaya. While it caused a longer walk to our beach chairs that were reserved at a different pavilion, the house was absolutely lovely. It’s in a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside and 30A but very close to town center. It has large porches (both screened and not screened) with ample seating. The house was very clean and is decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with nice cookware and dishes and the separate ice maker was a huge plus! We come to Seaside often and Kaya is now one of our favorite houses! We would definitely stay again!!

It is close to Seaside town but not too close! The house has 4 beautiful, comfortable bedrooms and updated modern bathrooms! We have rented it for several years!
