Stayed Apr 8, 2023This was our second time staying at this property-we previously stayed in October of 2022. We love the location and the floor plan of the house is ideal for our family. We will return in the Summer/Fall! There are many stairs in the home and the kitchen/family area is on the third level - not a problem for most of our family but a little challenging for our 80+year old brother in law. I would recommend child gates for toddlers/younger children. Overall, great kitchen set up (we cooked in for Easter and some of our meals), super comfortable family area and beds, and great views of the ocean with easy beach access. Our teenagers rented bikes and we felt comfortable letting them ride the area. We could also see them on the beach from the upstairs balcony. Perfect location for viewing the space launches!

Stayed Mar 4, 2023The views from the house were amazing. The house has great space and very clean. Easy access to the beach. The area isn't overly touristy, but great restaurants and pier super close. I would highly recommend anyone stay here.

Stayed Feb 15, 2023This gem was a perfect location for 5 adults and 3 teens. It was literally steps to the beach and the neighborhood felt safe to walk at any time of day. The beach was beautiful and we saw a rocket launch to boot. Can’t beat the ocean view and sounds from the third floor and second floor master bedroom and balcony. Fenced yard was a nice bonus. The owner was extremely responsive to any request. Hope to come back!

Stayed Jul 16, 2022The property has plenty of space and the beach is literally 50 yards away. You can see the beach from both decks, and the area is family friendly. We would stay here again.
