Stayed Aug 1, 2025I wanted to share some honest feedback about the condition of the property upon arrival. It's really disappointing to walk into a rental that clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned. Every drawer needed to be cleaned before use, and many items—cutlery, pots, pans—still had visible food residue on them.It's hard to believe the property was rented out in this state without prior knowledge of its condition. While some wear and tear is to be expected, the level of cleanliness was far below what any renter should have to accept.Basic areas like the fridge handle, floors, carpets, fans, and even doors were dirty. There were also marks on the walls and, quite shockingly, pubic hairs on the back of the toilet system.Renters reasonably expect a clean and sanitary space, and unfortunately, this fell well short of that standard. I hope this feedback is taken seriously for future bookings.Best regards,
