Stayed Aug 13, 2022A magnificent location for sunsets and a great kid friendly beach. The house is in fine condition, similar to most cape houses, it has everything you need but is outdated. The outdoor shower was terrific, bathrooms all clean, beds comfortable. The house configuration is an upside down house but once you figure out the sleeping arrangements, it’s terrific. We hope to come back next year!

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the cape every summer for 7 years and feel like this house went above and beyond our greatest expectations. The house was large, clean, cool and the views were gorgeous. Our family of 4 stayed with our friends family of 4 and there was plenty of space with the two kitchen layout and extra beds if needed. I would love to rent again next year! The location is spectacular, with an easy walk to Paine’s Creek, our favorite beach on Cape Cod!!
