Executive style pool home with easy boat parking, Small dogs OK.

Beautiful property with brand new fridge. Second fridge in the garage. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Pool is warm with a cute table in it to sip your drinks at! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Nice neighborhood. Easy parking. Couple of hiccups during the rental such as spotty WiFi but they contacted the company and a new modem was going to be delivered. Jill, the property manager, kept in touch to make sure we were comfortable. Overall as great place to stay.

Very comfortable stay. A/C worked great and the beds were very comfortable (my wife lived the quality of the sheets!). Home is on a busy street but road noise was negligible.

Most affordable and top tier for cleanliness! I love entering a clean home. Location was perfect and neighborhood was quiet. We had the best relaxing weekend. Can't wait to stay again.

Was asked to pay extra for cleaning fee my dog and a portion was asked to be paid in cash in person…. Did all of that plus I cleaned on my last day. All I did “wrong” was instead of washing and folding the towels on my last day I just left them inside the washer. I received a phone call, texts and voicemail for that. The owner said she had a really hard time getting the house ready for the next family because of the washing. I’m more concern on the fact that the owner did not show up to the house until after 24 hour plus. She was getting the house ready 2 hours before check in? Was there going to be no mopping? No change in sheets? Our dog used the pool, was the next family going to even have a clean pool? Did I? Were my sheets and towels clean? She called at 2 pm the next day after we left and in her voicemail she states the next family will be here in 2 hours! The house is very big, and although we did clean up after ourselves that does not mean I mopped or vacuumed. Or changed sheets, just means I cleaned up any mess. Wiped the counters. But I mean we pay for cleaning I thought the house was clean when u came in. I’m so worried on every grill tool and plate I used now. They depend on the guests to clean for the next guests.

Decent property. Enjoyed the pool. Wish there was a way to turn of the waterfall though for some quite time. Basically clean but definitely needs a deep cleaning. Beds were hard. Kitchen was well stocked. Thermostat is locked up. Main RD can be pretty noisy in the morning.

Very nice house and yard! We be booking again!

Not able to check in until 4 years m but want you out on last day by 11am. Texted me at like 7:30 am to remind me2nd day water was shut.off all morning gave us no warning. Over all would have been better if they weren’t sweating us early in morning to basically get out. Also thermostat had lock boe on it. For what we were charg d it felt not at all worth the price

This home fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of parking for our truck and 28 foot boat beside the house. The kitchen is outfitted very well and plenty of room to spread out and relax. Very convenient to the Havasu Riviera Marina. One thing to note, the guest does not have access to the air conditioning thermostat. So may want to arrange the temp you would like the home set to ahead of time with the property manager.

This is a perfect house, very clean, plenty of room. The closet in the master alone is like another room. My two frenchies loved it. Have nothing negative to say. Kathie was wonderful to deal with. I will be staying again in the future, and absolutely look forward too.

Enjoyed the home a lot. Pool is A+ enjoy coming to the house after a day at the lake and jumping into pool. Kitchen has everything to prepare a meal. Enough parking for our trailer and cars

Enjoyed the pool, and everything else that came with the house besides the TV in the main room. The TV was too old and I couldn’t really hear the volume and I couldn’t watch my show on nexflix or hear any other channel.
