Stayed Mar 13, 2024House was very well thought out and had everything you needed and didn’t know you needed! House was immaculate and the perfect combination of sun and shade! Will be back next year!

Stayed Nov 13, 2021Nice property with 3 bedrooms, quality dock and nice pool. Two good sitting areas and an office that can double as bedroom. Not superfancy, but in good shape and great spot for family of 6. A little crowded at max capacity and water location if you boat is a long no wake zone (about as deep into island as you can get). But very solid property that is fairly presented.

Stayed Mar 27, 2021Location was great. Central to island. House was clean and spacious Pool and hot tub kept gets busy all day. Dock was great for fishing. Lots of room on dock. Really nice home with a great location.

Stayed Dec 26, 2020The house is large and was clean. Plenty of room. Well-appointed kitchen. The pool faces north, which means there’s no sun over the lanai during the day in the winter, which was a slight disappointment. The outdoor Lanai area was nice but we had a couple issues with the pool and spa working. The management company was great to work with but we had several repair people come to the house during our stay unannounced including deck repair and vertical blinds people to address issues that we didn’t call about. The decor is in good condition, but could use some updating. Overall, the house meets all of the basic vacation house criteria, but we would probably not stay at this house again due to the lack of sun over the lanai and the issues with the pool and spa.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Cleaning of bathroom and breaker/timer issue for hot tub were only issues.
