It was nice having 2 master suites with there own bathrooms. Had no negative experience, I would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for us. We vacationed with 4 of our adult children and there was plenty of room. Having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was a huge benefit. The house is decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Communication with the local host was easy and prompt. We were able to drive to the Strip or other parts of Vegas as well as take a kayak tour 45 minutes away at Emerald Cave. The centralized location was ideal for us. We also ate in Henderson a few times which saved money. I would definitely stay at this house again. It was great!

Have stayed at many VRBO properties. This one was not upto par. The kitchen was not equipped well . The pits and pans should be changed. The bathrooms had the liquid soap only. No shampoo and conditioner. No caddy holding the amenities. The furniture needs to be upgraded if you want to attract better clients . Did not use the pool. Location was convenient. Close to the airport and the strip.

Helpful and welcoming

Host for property (Sanh) very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was as expected with property. Property worked very well for my small group attending Expo in Vegas and was central to our needs of golf courses and dining. I would recommend staying at this property as the neighborhood was nice a quiet at night and the host was great as well.

The house was roomy and clean! It had pretty much everything we needed. Never found any washcloths, but not a huge deal. We did have an issue with the overhead lights in the kitchen/LR going out one evening. We had lamps, so not a big issue. The host was prompt in responding and sent the electrician over the following morning to fix the apparent loose wire. Very good communication with the host!

The home was amazing. I have not complaints except TVs would be great in all bedrooms lol. Would definitely stay here again

Super friendly and amazing communication.We rented it for 11 days, and not having storage for food in the kitchen or dresser drawers in the bedrooms was a big drawback. For a weekend rental I would give it 5 Stars!!

COZY means it is a very SMALL HOMEThe photos of this home and the owner's listing make it appear as if it's a much bigger and nicer home than it really is especially given the price we paid. This is a SMALL 2,700 SF home which wasn't great for our adult family, a group of 11 people. The home, built in 1981, has had some remodeling done to it to make it looker nice in the photos and larger than it actually is. On top of that the pool table seen in the photos is a very small, cheap, 1/2 size at best, pool table in a room where there isn't enough space on the sides of the table to take an actual shot. The owner needs to update the listing to make the size of the home is clear, instead of finding out 2 days beforehand when you receive the actual address and do a Google search.Despite that misleading and frustrating dynamic of the listing and price, I do have to point out that the home is located in a nice neighborhood in Hendersen, NV which was very convenient and close to both the Strip and Lake Las Vegas.

The place worked well with all my buddies and myself. We had a fun time relaxing by the pool and grilling out. It was very accommodating.

This property is very well maintained and offered a nice retreat for me and my 7 girlfriends as we celebrated a recent transition. We enjoyed the main areas where we gathered to eat as well as the pool and covered cabana.

The location was perfect for us. We were helping move our granddaughter into UNLV. the house was convenient to both the university and airport byt far enough from the strip we were not stuck in a lot of traffic. Lots of good restaurants close to pick up food or have it delivered. There are only 2 TV’s in the house. This was ok for us but if you like watching TV in bed only one master suite and the living room has a TV. Great communication with the host. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful and clean home. Everything was cozy and exactly what we needed.

Our stay at this home exceeded our expectations. The home was very spacious and clean. There extra blankets, pillows and towels were nice to have access to. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gave everyone room to spread out. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds. The little ones could be sleeping upstairs while the adult visited downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make simple meals and snacks. The highlight was the pool. It was the perfect size and the “sun shelf” was nice to relax on and watch the kids swim. The water was a little cool in the morning but the heater worked well and had it up to temperature in no time. I really appreciate the quick response to questions from the owner. We would love to be able to stay here again!

We were there for EDC weekend and couldn’t have had a better experience. The owner was kind, understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Vegas. This is the first place I will look to book when I come back!

We just stayed at this property to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Bedrooms are spacious, well equipped kitchen and perfect backyard with a shaded area by the pool. It is in a great location, about 15 minute drive to the strip. Property owner was very responsive. Overall a wonderful experience!

It was a great place and location for a bachelor party

The house was clean, not far from the strip, and great layout! The host is wonderful and very responsive. We will most likely stay here again next year.

We love that our family of 10 was able to stay in a clean and lovely home. The beds were all comfortable and we appreciated the number of bathrooms. There were just 12 bath towels for the capacity of 12 and washcloths. Unfortunately, there are no hooks in the bathrooms on which to hang towels, this would be a great and easy improvement There were just two little dish towels in the kitchen and no hot pads.The duvet covers for each bed in the bunk room functioned as top sheets. These should have been on the bed instead of in the closet. Each bed in the house was loaded with an excessive number of decorative pillows, but they were just about enough bed pillows for each person.The pool was great and nicely heated!

Room for family and friends in a cozy home. Home was supplied well with everyday stables. We were just the right distance from the strip so we could enjoy it without the hustle and bustle. Our host was quick to respond to questions although we had no issues. We would rent this property again.

Home was nicely updated though a little old. Didn’t have a jacuzzi as advertised. Host was helpful and check in is easy.

We had 12 adults stay here for a family reunion and it was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and sleeping areas, and very comfortable beds. The living room areas were great and accommodated everyone’s needs - didn’t feel cramped or crowded at all. The patio area was very comfortable as well. We had some minor difficulty with controlling the indoor temp, as sometimes the different levels of the house were warmer or colder, but that didn’t impede our time together. Would highly recommend staying here.

A group of seven of us were traveling for a softball tournament. This cozy uncomfortable place made a great retreat after playing multiple games of softball each day. The pool was fantastic. The house was clean and the owner communicated very well. Would definitely stay again.

I am very sad to say we didnt stay here. I booked it and last minute had to add 3 more people. They told me know even though their add states you can for an additional fee. Anyway i asked if we can get a refund or partial refund, owner said absolutely not wouldnt help or qork with me in any way shape or form. I was very displeased with this entire transaction needless to say i didnt get a refund or anything i wish and hoped they would be more understanding on accomadating not made of money butbthis was a family/ business trip and i lost so much money

Property perfect for family gathering, pool is a bonus and it was very true to VBRO description. Very near the strip and easy to get too in a car. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood. Would use again.

The house was clean and had everything you would need for a 6 day stay in Las Vegas. Located close to all kinds of shopping and a movie theater. Getting to the strip was easy and we enjoyed the pool everyday. Great place.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Green Valley, Henderson. All the amenities were excellent, and the pool was exceptionally accommodating and easy to use. The house provided plenty of space, and the community was quiet and peaceful. However, it’s worth noting that vacation home rental pools have restrictions: The pool can be used on weekdays from 10 AM to 7 PM and on weekends from 10 AM to 10 PM. Additionally, I would suggest bringing a sleeping mask if you are sensitive to light, as the bright outdoor lighting can be a bit disruptive in the mornings. Overall, I highly recommend this property. It was spotless, well-presented, and located in a very safe community. We would consider staying here again!
