Executive 5 Bed 4.5 Bath Vacation Home W/ Pool, Spa Near Disney

Pictures dont match the listing condition wise, dryer was broke whole stay along with fan lights and a toilet, rules online don't match what they left in house and geting anything even looked at was pulling teeth. Dont expect seating or use of game room since it was worn down or just not there and we were told they knew about it on previous rental but no action was done, just them saying we can refund you a portion but ghosted for checkout

The home was very spacious and comfortable. It felt too short.

Very nice, spacious home for 5 adults and 1 teenager to enjoy spring break! Everyone enjoyed their own bedroom and space. Large pool and game room to spend time together as well. Living room upstairs and downstairs an extra bonus!! Would definitely recommend to anyone, would also rent again!!

The house is spacious and it was perfect for my family's size. We stayed for 10 days from the 27th til the 7th of July. This house needed a deep clean from top to bottom. My sister in law and I were cleaning our first night there. Not what we wanted to be doing being on vacation and all. Towels, bedsheets and pillows were stained, looked very dirty and nasty like if they've never been washed. Some of us had to go out and purchase some. Shower curtains dirty and slimey. All these things should definitely be replaced with new ones. Grill was so dirty, it says guest has to clean before and after, looks like it hasnt been clean in awhile either. We tried turning it on but it wasnt working properly. So we didnt use it, definitely a safety hazard. The pool was the biggest problem for us. The first night there we noticed the water wasnt as clear as the neighbors pool it kind of had a light green tint but thought it was the coloring on the pool floor. As the days went by it got more greener and on the 4th of July, the day we we're going to stay in and enjoy the pool, the pool was so green full of algae it was not safe to get in. We couldnt use the pool or grill and that was the two most important features we looked foward to using during our stay. I was very disappointed. I did reach out to the property manager/owner about the grill they never responded and about the pool they tried blaming us for clogging the filters. Not cool at all never even got an apology from them for the inconvenience it had caused during our stay. The house is beautiful but its too bad it has poor maintenance.

Had a great time with my grandkids. The pool was so nice to wake up and start the day and at the end of the day to relax. All the kids loved the hot tub and pool. Lots of space for everyone Would stay again

Not a gated community which is great.. House accommodated 6 of us nicely. Very nice home. Could use updated frying and baking pans for those that want to have some meals at home. Broken microwave door handle. Be careful opening! Air conditioning worked but I think is controlled digitally as the temp was changing all the time. All in all it is a very nice place to stay.

Excellent, quiet neighborhood, close to all the parks, and nice pool!

Cable boxes not plugged in, heated spa did not work, German roaches on bed, had to clean out coffee maker as it was growing mold, mold in Master bath and room. Towel rack fell off the wall. Lots of potential but too many issues that were unhealthy.

Property was close to Disney and shopping nearby. Property was clean and comfortable.

The house is very nice and very comfortable. The kitchen could use more flatware and a better frying pan (very warped). Signs around house and welcome email were very threatening. Lots of fines threatened for infraction of rules. I felt like these things could be stated in a less threatening way. The biggest problem we had is that the landlord kept increasing the temperature that the air conditioning was set at via the internet connection. We set it at 72, which I think is perfectly reasonable. It was constantly changed to higher temperatures, one time to 86 degrees. We got frustrated and disconnected the thermostat from the network. We reconnected it before we left. This angered the landlord and he added charges for the thermostat and for a sheet that he claims we stained. We did not. Despite how lovely the house is, we would never rent it again.

Wonderful experience for all. Neighbors were friendly. There was plenty of room for 6 people. The kids thought it was amazing. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool in December.
