This beautifully decorated three bedroom home sleeps 6 and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a walk through shower and sliders to the pool deck. The second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious with granite counter tops and breakfast bar. The home comes with a large heated pool, lanai, lovely landscaping, large outdoor pool deck with southern exposure and a beautiful private furnished patio with ceiling fan and roof. The home is situated in south west Cape Coral and is close to golf, tennis, walking trails and restaurants. Walking distance to Publix, Walgreens and other amenities. There are marinas within two miles with gulf access and boat rentals and a short drive to public beaches. Cable TV and high-speed wireless internet access is included. There are also four bikes for your enjoyment.

Beautiful home and south facing pool in a great location. The pool was cool for 5 of the 30 days, but the landowner promptly addressed the issues. Nice local beach (yacht club). Bikes on the property used to ride to the gulf, grocery stores, and pickle ball courts. Nice local farmers market on saturdays. Recommend SunPass mini for bridge tolls. Would stay there again.

This place is an epitome of “Home away from Home” saying . House itself is absolutely amazing, very clean and welcoming. Heated Pool was a dream come true, we were able to enjoy swimming even during a cold weather spell. Neighborhood is beautiful and very safe for even later evening walks. The whole experience was top notch and we would absolutely love to come back as soon as possible. Thank you both, Laura and Derek, for letting us enjoy your lovely house.
