The backyard oasis is a treat that includes private pool, encircles with a patio full of relaxing seating, an outdoor dinner tables set up for eight and an additional night top table with seating for ten. The exclusively private backyard also boasts a serene waterfall and koi pond. A large private side porch with luxury outdoor seating, outdoor 65’ flat screen, is great for evening cocktails and catching up on the days course play at the National. In addition, it is a great spot for morning coffee and a quick news catch up. The private side porch leads to the private back deck that has comfortable seating and a view of the gardens and pool.

Inside the lower level contains a gracious owners suit, with jetted, soaking, free standing tub and private walk in shower, double vanities and private water closet. The great room contains two extra large sofas, and club chair for seating around the gas fireplace place and 65’ flat screen. The extra large island in the chef’s kitchen provides seating for four and two live seats in the kitchen provide additional seating in the kitchen. The dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, provides fine dining for eight.

The upstairs contains three private bedrooms, one with a private full bath, and two that share a full bath. The upstairs also includes a semi private office space and love seat seating. Home includes a four person golf cart use to ride to the clubhouse for meals and or parking while hitting the links of Bartram Trail Golf Course.
