* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Pool heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay.

* Fireplace not for guest use.

Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.

    The house itself was wonderful—very clean, comfortable beds, and in a great location (aside from a wine stain on the kitchen wall). Our only real frustration was with the property management company. Communication was slow and at times nonexistent. We arrived late on a Saturday and reached out Sunday about the bike rental process but never received a response. On Monday I had to call directly to get it sorted, which did eventually get resolved.We also asked about poolside lounge chairs, since none were available when we arrived. The management company explained there had been a recent storm and they were on order and would contact the property owner. After two days with no update, I sent another message that went unanswered. My husband eventually called, and only then were chairs delivered.Overall, the home itself was great, but communication from the management team could definitely be improved to make the experience smoother

    We loved staying at this beautiful home! The Sea Pines neighborhood was the perfect place to stay in Hilton Head - close to biking/walking trails, the beach, Harbour Town, restaurants and shops. The landscape was so lush and golf course views were beautiful. The pool was a family favorite! The layout of the home was great for our large family to be able to spread out. My 4 kids loved staying in the big bedroom above the garage, and having their own bathroom up there was a huge plus! I can’t say enough good things about this property. 10/10 would recommend!

    The house was spacious and great for a family stay. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the neighborhood was conveniently located to restaurants and the beautiful beach. Would definitely come back!

    Facilities were in great shape and located in very centralized area of Sea Pines. Very spacious rooms which easily accommodated our 14 person family. Swimming pool was great entertainment when not on beach.

    My family and I had a great stay in this amazing Sea Pines home! It's centrally located and easily accommodated our party of 13. The kitchen is well stocked, and the home is spacious with a great layout for larger groups. The pool is an added bonus. It was warm enough mid-June not to need heating. Sea Pines is a great place to visit as well. I loved the bike trails that connected the whole community. We will definitely be coming back!
