Coastal Serenity has a rooftop deck, private pool and spa, and an EV Charger! This single family home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and is only a three minute walk to the beach. Beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully-equipped with a wet bar and an island with ample counter space allowing for meal preparation! After a day at the beach, enjoy a dip in the pool and then head up to the rooftop deck to watch the amazing sunsets and views of the Gulf - you won't be disappointed!

Apool and rooftop deck - you won't be bored at this home! Walking into Coastal Serenity, you'll be fully relaxed and ready to enjoy your time here. Enter the living room with views of the heated pool and tropical landscaping giving a totally private backyard. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double sinks and walk-in shower with its own private balcony and great views. Three other bedrooms as well as a loft with a sleeper sofa can accommodate your entire party. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a hallway bathroom, while bedroom 4 has its own ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor living area with tv and tons of seating and a gas grill allows for private dinners and night time relaxing. The garage stores the beach chairs and a cart to get everything to the beach. You will not want your vacation to come to an end after staying at Coastal Serenity!
