European meets Southern Charm in this 3 Bedroom Get Away in Mount Dora

We loved the house and the area. The house is beautifully appointed and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Very well equipped. This is truly home away from home, but even better than home. We will be back.

The property was clean and the decor beautiful, very comfortable and felt like home.

Home was well maintained. The book of rules was very detailed. Other than being a bit warm, enjoyed the pool and having a kitchen available.

It had everything we needed. Very clean. We had an enjoyable stay and would use that house again. Thank you

This was our second time staying here. Location is great as it is close to everything you need. If there is anything I had hoped for was it to be cleaned better. One example being the tub had a black dusty dirt in it like it hadn't been used in a long time possibly. The vinyl flooring needed to be mopped. The vacuum cleaner needs replacing as it really only pushes around dirt. The kitchen was okay. Pool area really needs a LOT of attention. The screens are green w/what I assume is algae probably. Metal roof leaks above table when it's raining. The patio decking is covered in what looks like something granular (tree or dead leaves) - really not sure what it is but it's everywhere. I took a broom and did what I could but it needs to be power washed.

It was just what we needed for the weekend! The home was clean and super comfortable! We loved looking through the 1979 Southern Living magazine, blast from the past!

It was clean but, we thought the pool would be a lot warmer, We didn't go in. And, unless I missed it somewhere, I was surprised to find I had to strip all of the beds and gather all the towels and make sure all of the dishes were cleaned and put away.Also, the cubed ice & water dispenser dispenser didn't work. And that dispenser had a leakage issue.

This was absolutely a great house to stay in. Location was fabulous. Close to everything. I’ve never been to Mount Dora, but absolutely loved it.

This is our second stay at this location. It is clean, quiet, and just as described. Check in is hassle free and the host, Patty is gracious and quick to respond to email. I highly recommend staying here.

This was a repeat stay at this lovely home. It will not be our last time. The home is so comfortable and welcoming. The homeowner has taken care to be sure the home away from home is clean, well stocked with all the necessities and even a ping pong table, pool and lots of board games and puzzles. A big storm came through Mount Dora our last night there and the homeowner was on top of that and contacted us to be sure we were aware of the local advisaries. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time, this home is the perfect spot for a fun family get away. The home is fully equipped, and the pool is wonderful! The property is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

3 friends and I had a fabulous time! So cute and the house was clean, great layout and the pool area was awesome! The owner was attentive to our questions and responded quickly. We will definitely be back!!!

enjoyed stay...close to many places to shop and eat...pool was great because weather was so hot...kitchen was well equipped as were bathrooms...having washer and dryer was nice...kids loved ping pong table...property manager was easily accessed...overall, a good experience!

This home had all the amenities! This lovely home was in a quiet neighborhood! The home and area was so peaceful. You would never believe that Les’s than 0.5 miles away was a Walmart and all kinds of restaurants. Everything you need close by all while being quiet and peaceful!

The house was charming. I wish the weather was warmer so we could have use the pool. The location was excellent - conveniently close to everything! The host was very prompt in responding.

The house was clean, kitchens and bathrooms are renovated. House definitely needs to to be decluttered look like Grandma's house. Fresh comforters on the bed would be great, and maybe call out of landscaper to trim the hedges.

The only negative was that the sliding glass door going out to the pool extremely hard to open.

This house is a fantastic place to stay. Everything was very clean and the house was well furnished and roomy. Perfect location to see the sights in Mount Dora, Silver Springs and the Stetson Mansion. We will definately stay again when we are in this area.

Attended a family wedding held in Eustis. We had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property! We were in Florida to celebrate Thanksgiving…it was very convenient for all the grocery store runs we had to make for forgotten ingredients! It was comfortable for our group of adults and one 10 year old. There were games and it was nice to have mornings by the pool even if it was too chilly to swim for most of us.

The property was not clean. We left the same night we checked into the property. The sheets in the master bedroom had not been changed, as there was body hair on the fitted sheet. I reported this to the owner and she said she would look into it. We have been offered no refund by the owner or VRBO.

Suggestion: it would have been wonderful to have cable to watch local TV as well as the World Series. Very much appreciated the diversity of cable streaming services.

We all grew up in Lake County and try to frequently gather to catch up. The pool was the perfect focal point for our hang out and the fully stocked kitchen was a great bonus.

Everything was just as it said in the listing. We were there for a wedding and found this location was close to EVERYTHING! The house was well stocked and clean. We contacted the owners as a storm had knocked down some tree branches and Patty answered promptly and the branches were picked up right away. We will be staying here again when visiting family. The pool was fantastic and screened in, so no bugs!

The place was perfect for our family. We needed to relax and we certainly did. It was clean and it had everything we needed. We felt like being at home. ♥️
