This is an absolutely lovely home! It fit seven of us perfectly, with room to spare! The amenities were first class, and plentiful. The location is excellent, easy walking to the activities and restaurants in downtown Berlin. Our host was amazing, so personable and easy to work with. We were all so happy for the chance to stay here. Will come back!

Some of our family met there for our annual “Amish Country” trip. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. Already booked again for next year!

This is the second time my sisters and I rented this place. It’s absolutely perfect! The house is very clean and comfortable. It’s so close to all the attractions and shopping! Anna is always so generous and thoughtful. She really makes us feel so welcomed!

Every room was spotless. Kitchen well supplied. I was surprised how close we were to the shops which was great. I definitely recommend this place.

House was in immaculate condition, clean, and very up-to-date. All rooms were spacious. We had eight adults and never felt cramped. Host made herself very available but we didn't have any issues to even contact her about. The only suggestion we would have is the kitchen could have used one more larger pot for the stove. Other than that, everything was exceptional!

The house was beautiful & well equipped with everything we needed for our getaway. Located near downtown Berlin, getting around was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Girls trip to Amish country was fun and the house was just wonderful. There were 5 of us and it was comfortable and very clean. The location was perfect and close to everything. Anna was very nice and helpful and had cookies and cheese there for us. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Great place to stay!

Perfect location if you like to be near downtown, especially if you don't mind walking. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful House, very well maintained. Lots of space to hang out and enjoy your stay here. Living room has a tv and the basement is fitted out as its own space if you have two separate families staying here, it's perfect. We definitely would stay here again.Plus Anna Mae left us a bunch of yummy treats and we appreciate it so much! She also has plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. So thoughtful of her!

One of the best VRBO properties we ever stayed at.We enjoyed our time at the Estate on Market. We would definitely stay again. The only thing I would say is the upstairs bedrooms were a little too warm. I think, maybe, there needs to be a return air upstairs. IDKBut, anyway, it was a wonderful time and we look forward to coming back Thank you,Greg

An absolutely beautiful home. It accommodated the 10 of us easily! It's in a very convenient location, close to everything! It has everything you need. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The basement was like another house in itself with it's own spacious, full size kitchen, full bath, large living room and large bedroom. I DEFINITELY recommend this house and would stay there again. Thank you to the host for sharing their beautiful home with us!

This was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in!! It was super clean and comfortable. Great care was taken by Anna to insure we had the appropriate amenities from toiletries to comfy bedding and blankets! Thank you for the lovely local treats…we truly appreciated it! This will definitely be added to our list of places to return!

Perfect! Property was everything, and more than we had expected. This was our annual girls getaway for seven with our ages ranging from 69 to 24. Property was super clean, roomy and more than accommodating. Just bring your clothes and settle in. From our first steps into the front door it immediately felt like home. Can’t say enough about all the amenities as we had no need to run to a store to get something. Soaps, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, all paper products and more. Location is walkable to quaint shops and quick driving access to the main road where majority of shops and businesses are located. Don’t pass this one up!

Everything was exactly as described, extremely clean, very comfortable. Only thing I believe would be beneficial is a higher quality firm pillows for the beds & more chairs for front porch sitting. We will definitely utilize this VRBO home again.

The property was wonderful! There were 5 of us. We shopoed quilt stores during the day and sewed after the shops closed. With 2 kitchens and dining areas we were able to leave our machines up and still had plebty of dpace. We've already booked it for next year!.

We have stayed here 2 times, 8 older Adults, it has been the perfect place for us! Everything has been excellent both times.

There were 8 ladies in our group and the house couldn’t have met our needs any better. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a couple days stay. Loved the location. Communication with Anna was quick and easy. We have zero complaints! We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

We have done this retreat for at least 20 years and stayed in various homes. Without a doubt, the estate on Market street was the most impressive house we have stayed in! We are already planning our next stay. The house was immaculate. It was very well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Anna was so easy to work with and the welcome treat was so nice. I highly recommend this property.

The home was perfect for a family and 21month old toddler. Everything was on point with detail. Everyone one in my family commented on the nice accommodations. The home is beautiful and welcoming! We will be back!

We all had a fabulous time. The home is beautiful, very warm and welcoming. The cheese, cinnamon rolls, and candy were all delicious. We had such a great time. We enjoyed the shows, shopping, yummy pretzels, and great Amish cooking. We will be back. It was fabulous.

No one had one bad thing to say about this home. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with a sweet card & treats. The house itself was extremely clean, the most comfortable beds, and felt like home. It was in a perfect location and we can’t wait to return.

The pictures of this property were deceptive I never dreamed I was walking into such a beautiful home. We were located near many shops and restaurants. She left cookies, candies and cheese for us in the refrigerator. There were brochures of the area which I felt was helpful also. There were 3 families and plenty of space.
