A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required to rent this home during winter months!

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.     Wonderful home with spectacular views! Photos are accurate but can’t begin to show just how spruce this home is. We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of room. Kitchen is very well equipped for meals at home. Wine on the deck while watching the sun set was the perfect way to wind down the day. Highly recommend!

    Loved the location up on Baldy mountain close the hiking trails and awesome views. Place was private in the mountains with large open space for family. Great views from the deck.

    Our family had a wonderful, restful stay at this cabin! The views are absolutely incredible. The house feels so quiet and secluded since it has its own winding drive up away from the houses below. You are also a short drive from town, so it’s easy to go shop, eat, or grab a coffee. We cooked quite a bit, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals. We also had the added delight of seeing a moose hang around the house on our last couple of days there. We would definitely stay here again!

    The St. James Place home was perfect for our group of friends. The views and privacy were spectacular, plenty of space and amenities to accommodate us and our mountain gear. We spent a few hours sledding one afternoon and enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

    With everything going on we enjoyed our getaway trip to Breckenridge and this house was icing on the cake. Beautiful house and property not far from downtown Breckenridge. The only thing I warn is if you’re not used to high elevation it will take some adjusting but we managed and still enjoyed the property. I would go back and highly recommend.
