From start to finish our vacation rental experience was picture perfect! Extremely prompt host and great house that exceeded our expectations. So conveniently located to the beach with easy parking. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home. We will definitely visit again!!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Oceanside! Property location was perfect, no more than 2 minutes and your toes are in the sand! Front porch was perfect to sit out in the morning with coffee and evening with a cocktail! Plenty of space inside for our family of 4. Check-in/out was a breeze and the host was very attentive. Only downside (and this is being picky), is that there isn't a washer/dryer so if we stayed longer than 3 nights, we would've gone to a laundry mat. Again, that's being picky! Would definitely stay here again and have already recommend to family and friends!

This was our first VRBO experience, and Scott made us feel right at home! We wanted something close to the beach that gave a little more room and this had it all. A short walk across the street and we were right in the beach. He even provided sand toys and other beach gear that we didn’t have. Great way to finish our vacation

Our stay was wonderful. The house was VERY spacious and had quite a few extras such as an abundance of beach toys/equipment. There were buckets and sand toys for our toddler, body boards for the older children (including my hubby), a wagon and shade umbrellas. Additionally there were clear notes throughout the house regarding the alarm, how to operate tv/fireplace and such. Plenty of supplies for all 6 of us. Scott was available if needed and quick to respond with all questions. The house was less than a 5 minute walk to main street with ice cream shops, movie theater, restaurants and bars as well as the pier. The front yard was perfectly manicured and was delightful to sit on the chairs, listen to the ocean waves and hangout at night as well as lay a blanket and chill on the grass during the day with the babies. I would absolutely come back and stay at this residence again. Thank you for opening up your home to us and providing a wonderful stay for our vacation.

Finding a place to stay for a family of 7 is difficult. This was a great location and plenty of room for all of us. The owner was very helpful and any minor items that needed addressed were done very timely. Oceanside is a very nice place with a lot to do. The weather was a bit overcast but the beach was nice and clean and very short distance to walk. The only downside is the house next door being remodeled and hammering was going on before 8am.

Thank you Scott for opening your home to us!! We had a wonderful time. The home was great, perfect for our family of 8. This home was clean, beds comfy. Great view of the ocean and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this home for a vacation stay.

The proximity to EVERYTHING worth seeing/doing in Oceanside could not be any more convenient than this place. The living area was mostly comfortable, the price was about right the owner was helpful. I only recommend that it be deep cleaned a little deeper and stocked a little better. That is not to take away from our trip, it was a great time away!

Everything about this place was awesome! We had 5 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 9month old. I'll break everything down below! The Host- Scott was excellent. All the directions in the property book he sends you were very clear and easy. He is very easy to get a hold of and is fast in responding. We will definitely be using this house again. The House: The house was very clean. It included towels and toiletries and everything you would get from staying in a hotel. The living room was very comfortable, the bedroom with the single bed was cozy, the bedroom with the bunks worked out great, and the bathroom, even with 5 adults worked out well. The location: We couldnt have asked for a better location with young children. A simple crossing of a street, down some stairs, and you were on the beach. The beach just below was a little rocky but walk another 2 minutes north and you are golden. The house is a 5-10 minute walk to some local restaurants and some bars in the downtown area of Oceanside. The Pier is about the same distance if not less. The harbor is about a 25 minute walk, but you can walk along the beach most of the way and it doesn't seem as far. Plus after eating at Rockin Baja or Harbor Fish N Chips, you'll need that 25 minute walk back! The Price: We originally booked the Days Inn near the harbor because we have stayed there before. But after looking around and finding this house on HomeAway only about 3 weeks before our dates, it was a no brainer. For $200 more for the whole 3 nights 4 days, it was completely worth it. It;s much nicer to come back from being in the sun all day on the beach to a house and being able to relax on comfortable furniture rather than just 2 beds in a room. This House has AC!!!!: The hardest thing to find in most house rentals on the beach is AC. This place has it! While its not needed that much at night or early in the morning with the doors and windows open, your still going to want it for the day! Again, thanks Scott so much we really enjoyed this place! We are already planning on next year! 6 out of 5 stars!!!!
