Property was very clean and super cute. Property manager was very good in checking in with us and there were a few things not working and she sent a handyman right away. He was also very nice. Perfect for a large group of people especially with the guest house.

We booked this property for our annual family spring training trip and couldn’t have made a better choice. The layout was perfect for our crew of 5 brothers with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary essentials. This home Looks to have been recently remodeled , including new furnishings. The outdoor pool was a welcome feature after a day at the beach or 18 holes. The separate cabana bedroom was like a private retreat. Check in was a breeze and communications with the property manager were answered promptly. Can’t wait to return next year

The house and guest house had all the requirements to meet our family’s needs. ( fenced yard for the dog, TV’s in strategic locations, good kitchen, dining and laundry facilities— as well as a good location for quick access to golf courses, restaurants, church and the beach.)

Great place to stay. Very nice house an ammenities. Only wish the Pool Heating was turned on and included with the Price of the stay. Pool was very cold.

We had a wonderful vacation and this property was everything that was promised within the listing. The check in and check out process was flawless, communication with host/rental was fantastic, and the place was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.

Pool was amazing and was a very convenient location

The check in was super easy, all the details were on the email. The kitchen was very clean with all supplies including but the best thing was the pool Wow we enjoyed it so much. The house is very quiet and so close to the beach

The main house was awesome! The pool was awesome! The guest house was nice but there were no appliances so we had to go to the main house to use stove or microwave.

This house was perfect for our family. Vary close to all the beautiful beaches. Would differently rent again.

The pool table and the pool were a huge hit with both the kids and adults. Location was excellent. Close to family and beach. No problems getting in. Everything went smoothly.

We were on Spring Break with my son and his friends. The guest house was perfect to give them their own space. Pool was awesome as well!

Very happy with the rental. We did have to reach out to the owner for support on one issue. They responded quickly and resolved the issue for us.

Overall experience not great! Pool was not preheated like we paid for and was very dirty. It went 3 days till the pool go cleaned and the heater fixed. We were told by the host we would get refunded for the 3 days we had paid for a heated pool but it never happened.

The home was exactly as shown in the advertisement. I would have liked to be closer to the beach. I thought 5 miles would be close enough, but traffic made it seem further away. We really enjoyed the Legacy Trail. It was close by and wonderful for biking. Also, my husband enjoyed the Pickle Ball Court that was also nearby.

This place was very convenient to everything. The house was clean and had everything needed. Emails to the owner were answered promptly. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

House was clean upon check in and we appreciated the “extras” (beach towels, aluminum foil, well stocked kitchen) that are not always present in a VRBO. House is located within an established residential neighborhood and is close to shops and is an easy drive to the beach. The pool needed attention when we arrived, but communication was prompt and the issue was resolved. Thank you!
