Beautiful We loved our stay at Sedona Canyon Terrace!!! Incredible views, modern and stylish accommodations, friendly neighborhood and a chef's dream kitchen. The house is stylish yet comfortable. A highlight of our stay was drinking coffee on the patio every morning while listening to the birds and rush of the creek in the background. It was relaxing and we did not want to leave. Check in/check out was easy and smooth. The house has amazing views which exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this house and can't wait to book another trip soon.

Positive: Stocked kitchen; check in processNegatives: poor communication, never responded to concernsLinens and pillows meed to be refreshed; linens wear is apparent and pillows are flat and uncomfortable Blinds in main area(2nd floor) were not operational (no remote control) and on 3 of the 4 were in place. So our entire purpose of selecting this place (the view) we could not enjoy (sent video, no response)Roof leaked during rain storm (sent video; no response)The road to get to property is in desperate need and of repair and is a 1 car road, entry and exitThe neighborhood consists of a lot of older private homes and not visually appealing Shots below are from the videos sent

We loved our stay at this property. It was only my husband and I. There would be plenty of room for two couples. The view was beautiful. The furnishings were great. Super clean. Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes we could need. The private road coming into it was rough but manageable. Overall 5 stars and wonderful.

The house was exactly as pictured - beautiful and very well maintained! The furnishings were stylish and comfortable. Everything was well organized and labeled, making it easy to use. The kids (9 & 11) liked having a separate area downstairs for hanging out, and we used the grill and kitchen for several meals. It was quiet with great stars at night. We walked down to the Indian Gardens Cafe the first morning, too (great breakfast). It was nice staying slightly off the beaten path, and still close enough to enjoy Sedona and the Red Rock State Park for hiking. Great value for the size of the house and amenities!

The house was beautiful, clean, well equipped and the views were beautiful. The only thing the owner might want to change is removing all of the Buddhist and New Age decorations pictures and artifacts (e.g. pyramids, etc.), that might be offensive to some guests. Otherwise, it was a very nice place to stay.

The photos on the VRBO website are exactly as we found it. The check-in was easy and simple. We found the whole house clean and ready for us to make it our home. The property manager has gone over the top to make sure everything is perfect. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Sedona . The quality of the house is top-notch, and the appliances are all high end. No question about it. This was the best place we’ve ever stayed and we say that a lot.

This was an amazing trip! The house was very nice, the views were perfect, and we had a blast at nearby Slide Rock. Everything was clean and well maintained, just as shown in the photos. It did seem a little commercialized with the “I ♥️ Vacations” soaps and stuff, but that’s ok I guess. I was a bit surprised that I booked through Vrbo, then was immediately sent a contract to sign and a bunch of additional documents and paperwork from Sedona.org to be able to stay at the house, but it all worked out ok.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful place ina quiet neighborhood where you can hear the creek. The home was nicely decorated, every switch/remote was labeled, nice checkin/checkout directions, and even a park pass for you to use. Beds were comfy and the location is quiet. We would stay again in a heartbeat. I would note the road in is narrow at spots and bumpy so be sure to drive slowly.
