Escape To Modern Luxury-1.5 Miles to the Strip! So close to everything you want!

The perfect place if you want easy access to various parts of Vegas. You can easily Uber to anywhere. This was a girls trip and we found the home is really roomy. The owner has thought of everything. It was cold during our stay so we didn't use the pool but it sure looked inviting. Easy to follow directions made starting a fire, adjusting room temps, etc. a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is spectacular. Beautifully furnished, high quality linens and towels, and absolutely spotless. Definitely the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. Not a speck of dust to be seen. The host is wonderful, responsive and pleasant to deal with. The pool is great, the hot tub so relaxing. It truly is so close to everything, the strip, the outlets, the off-strip casinos, are all within a cheap uber ride or cab ride. The neighborhood is safe and appealing. If you're considering this versus other rentals, pick this one. You will not be disappointed.

Very clean upon arrival - one of the nicest homes my friends and I have had the pleasure of staying in - we had an absolute blast - the pool was clean - great communication from the host - Will absolutely be staying here again!! worth every penny!!

The home is beautiful and extraordinarily clean. However, you may want to check beforehand to make sure everything that is advertised in the listing is functioning properly. We were informed after arriving that the fountain feature inside the pool was not working. It is also worth noting that the spa won’t be functional unless you request pool heating before your arrival at an additional charge. Also, the lights inside the pool are not bright at all when compared to those in the listing photos. Overall, this was a beautiful property.

The house was as much fun as Vegas! It was truly hard to to leave to see the sites! The house was so nice and fit all of our needs and more.

I highly recommend this property. The property is a historic Vegas property, close to downtown but still feels quiet and safe. The space was very welcoming. I appreciated the well stocked pantry and high end appliances. You can not go wrong staying here.

This home is very spacious and immaculately clean. The beautiful kitchen has lots of workspace and has all of the cooking and serving equipment you might need to put together a festive meal. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely, and the beds are very comfortable. The weather was a little cool during our stay so we didn't spend a lot of time in the yard but it too is very comfortable and neat with a great pool and spa. The home is on a quiet street with very little traffic and is not far from downtown Las Vegas or grocery stores. Overall, it worked out perfectly for our family of 7!

Property was excellent - just as it was described. Pool/backyard area was great and each bedroom was roomy with a bathroom. All in, a great stay.

This property was a lovely open space rental. Fully equipped kitchen for a Culinary couple or a chef! The pool was relaxing and comfortable. Dealing with management was easy and no hassles. Really understood an Executive and their needs for rest and relaxation!

We had a wonderful girls' trip at this beautiful property! The location was perfect, just a short drive from the Strip. The bedrooms are spacious, and the pool and outdoor area are lovely. We were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the vacation rental was, including all the kitchen utensils you could wish for and a variety of spices. We would definitely book this beautiful property again!
