Bask in afternoon sun in our privateback yard with pool and hot tub, or grab some shade on our outdoor furniture under our cheerful umbrellas. The main house features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on two levels. On the main level, each room has an incredibly comfortable king bed and full bathroom, all newly remodeled, and downstairs the bedroom may be configured for either two twins or a king, whichever your prefer. Of course, the party barn includes a queen sofa bed and a half bath for larger groups.

The house enjoys full air conditioning and heating, to cool the hot summer days and warm the cool nights during the rest of the year. The kitchen enjoys all new appliances, and our utility room is fully stocked with a new washer dryer. For cool or rainy days, curl up in front of the wood-burning fireplace in the living room, or on the hanging rattan chairs in the sun porch.

For keeping up with your favorite teams or shows, entertain your group with wi-fi connected flat screen TVs, whether in the party barn or in the downstairs family room. For friends, the house has a Sonos system to enjoy music wherever you find yourself, whether in the main house, pool side in the backyard or while enjoying a glass of wine by the frontyard fire table.
