On the day of your arrival, you will receive a TEXT message and an EMAIL with access information at 1:00 pm Central Time for your vacation rental. This is self check in property at 3 p.m or after.

The extra sleeping space in the living area is a futon and is best suited for children!

The huge, private, fully fenced backyard is your private sanctuary when the
weather is nice. Well behaved and vaccinated dogs are welcome to join you with nonrefundble pet fee.

We love those furry bundles of joy. We allow maximum 2 pets with a $100.00 NONREFUNDABLE pet fee.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home or within 25 feet of any exterior doors. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500.00 fee for oder removal, including duct cleaning, furniture, bedspread and carpet cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and
your return visits. City of Waco has an ordinance that does not allow events or parties at our short term rentals. Violation can cause us to lose our permit to operate. Thank you for understanding and complying with this ordinance.
